"we were a party of 8 and wanted to eat something. despite free tables they didn't let us in (it rained) we said we could only come if we first booked online. we did, but had to stand for another 15 minutes because of their booking slots in the...Rege. then we ate what was okay. decent pizzas as they would expect. if it came to pay, they would only take card payments. I paid the rest of our group had run the restaurant. So we had one. they finally accepted my money. I checked online. they use covid as excuse to not take cash, but their Kovid protocols in the restaurant were müll."

"sat with the family to lunch buffet and had a very bad experience. the restaurant was not busy at the time when we were sitting, but the table had not been cleaned before we were sitting, it had to clean it with fabric and spray on the waiter's station. had to ask for a little glasses and had to collect serviette and fork from other tables. Buffet selection was slim and it took time for them to replace pizza. overall disappointing experience and for almost £20 a person would expect them better. 1 star because the staff was polite."

"I ordered two pizza's from pizza hut. the last time I ordered from them was a decade ago, and never again. the bottom of the pizzas were drenched in oil, and flakey barley any ingredients, and completely misleading. on their website they ask you with garlic or without garlic so naturally I'm thinking they use the garlic somehow to make the pizza with. they are not clear about it, and tell you that when they say with garlic or without what they mean is with garlic sauce or without, that's their tactics saving 5 or ten pence from a pot of sauce so I got no sauce and when it comes to their sizes they have small medium and large, but for someone that hasn't ordered from them in years. your not to know what the sizes actually are. It's the worst pizza in the city. my advice would be do not buy from pizza hut. the only flavour you will get is vegetable oil. Buy from a local pizzeria they are way better by a long shot. you can get a better flavoured pizza from Asda frozen section believe me and it only costs £3 or £4 it was sickening yuck "

"The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and the buffet was reasonably priced. Ordering by phone was convenient for me, but may not be as user-friendly for older individuals or those unfamiliar with phone technology. However, the assistance with using the app/website was commendable. The food was appealing overall, although some pizzas were lacking in toppings and could have used more cheese. Despite this, the dining experience was enjoyable and I would consider returning, although perhaps only on rare occasions due to limited menu options. Service was excellent, and I would recommend the buffet to anyone. It is worth noting that the buffet is only available between 11am and 3pm, so it is advisable to visit during these hours to avoid long waits. Overall, I rate this restaurant 8/10 and have provided a detailed explanation for my score."

"This has got to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever visited and dined in at. When we arrived we walked down the stairs to be left standing for 5 minutes at the entry for someone to approach us who looked miserable and ushered us to a table. This should have been the red flag to leave but we were keen to have a Pizza Hut since it's been awhile. As regular delivery customers we wanted to try the sit in, I wish we hadn't. The server wasn't very friendly and there was not enough staff in the restaurant to attend to all the customers at the time we visited. We ordered over £70 worth of food which was fine when it arrived. We had to ask for the drinks glasses after the mains arrived before the glasses. When we reached dessert and having dirty plates on our table for 20+ mins we asked two separate servers if we could please have the ordered desserts (We ordered via the QR code as requested). A further 30 minutes passed and nothing arrived after asking once more. We walked out which nobody noticed and didn't receive the desserts ordered. A dire experience with staff who didn't care less in a restaurant that felt like a graveyard."

"We went to this restaurant for lunch with 2 adults and 2 young adults. We used the QR Code to order, which was easy. The lunch buffet had a nice selection of pizzas and salads. It would be nice to have some couscous bread sticks or something similar on the salad bar instead of so many carbs like pasta. It would also be helpful to have labels for dressings, allergens, and hot sauces. The staff was attentive and polite. The restaurant was a bit noisy and echoey, but overall clean and tidy. We will definitely be returning."

"This particular Pizza Hut location is situated on the ground floor of the Bullring, directly across from Nando's. It tends to get quite busy on weekends, but is generally more relaxed during quieter times. I tried their buffet for £6.99, which includes salads, pasta, drinks, pizzas, and garlic bread sticks. Everything was plentiful, except for the pasta, which was a bit less generous."

"I had booked a table for 8 people in advance. The girl took us to our table to find there was only six chairs which I then said there was 8 of us and she replied with “all the other tables are dirty”. Seriously? We then finally got table and our drinks had arrived. The waitress who brought them over spilt our red wine and it went on her apron for her to then just put the glass on the table and walk off. Didn’t even get us a cloth or another wine giving it wasn’t a full glass anymore. There seemed to be confusion with orders as loads of food started to show up at our table which were obviously for other tables. The toilets were absolutely disgusting and obviously hadn’t been cleaned!! The pizza itself was lovely but the front of house staff need some serious customer service training!!!!"

"I went here with my partner on a Monday for the unlimited pizza buffet, pasta, salad, drink and ice cream for £15 p/p. Prices vary depending on day and how many options on food you’d like. Welcomed with a smile and advised how ordering works (all done by QR on table) Once ordered, your server will bring you your glasses and ice cream bowls (if that’s part of your order) and you can go and help yourself. There is only one fountain for soda fizzy drinks which can be slightly challenging at peak times with a queue. When we came it was a very busy day and the pizzas wernt being brought out quick enough onto the hot plate so there was a queue of people for over 10 minutes at one point with no pizzas on offer. Because of this, people had to take more pizza than they’d probably usually do as it was gone within seconds. Myself, I had to take 1/2 a pizza just for myself and partner as we are also vegetarian so we’re limited on options and didn’t want meat eaters to eat the cheese only. So there’s a slight annoyance but I can appreciate the chef was probably working like crazy in the back trying to get pizzas out ASAP. Once the peak time slowed, it was very enjoyable. Would recommend and would come back. Restaurant designed nicely also."

"Went on a weekday evening, arrived just before the teatime rush and were quick to sit next to the door not a problem when it was closed, but after ten minutes the snake kept it open and we were cold! Simple order with the QR code in the menu, and so useful to create another QR code on which you can go to the Allergen document. I'm free of ice and milk and my friend with a nut allergy that saved us many questions to ask! Absolutely delicious paprika pizza and I can not believe that it is not cheesecake absolutely crush the vegan options, thanks for that! Nice to see the salad bar open again! The service was somewhat slow, but they had many large family groups, so the staff was very busy! We'd come back, but maybe this time please sit away from the door!"

"I visited this afternoon and was greeted with a lot of questions before being seated. I was informed that they only accept card payments and that all orders must be placed through a smartphone. I explained that my phone had a low battery, so I needed to order in person. The food was good, but the desserts weren't worth the price, and the XL platter and sides were small. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the salad bar was quite limited and was not very clean, with some dips spilling over the salads. Overall, I would consider visiting again."

"I was told when I walked in that my table is only available for an hour because it’s been booked for an hours time. This was absolutely fine as I did not expect to be here longer than an hour and was also told I would not be here in an hour. My pizza came fairly quickly which I was impressed with however after finishing my mains I waited over 40 minutes for my dessert to come by this time I had been waiting far too long I did not want it. You have to order via the app and pay for everything in advance and order desserts in advance so did not have the choice to wait and decide if I wanted it. There was no real apology for the delay I asked about the desserts once and was told they would be put pronto. 20 minutes later and still no desserts. I would highly not recommend anyone ordering dessert from here. I already tipped via the app due to the service we received when we walked in but wish I just gave the money to front of house rather than everyone via online tipping. Disgusting wait times would not be coming back."
