Pizza Hut Restaurants North Bridge

Review by my 10 year old! : No gluten free options. I thought Pizza Hut was meant to be good but it was the opposite.

luke warm pizza, lasagne is bland and cheap, presentation is terrible and not worth the money spent on it, so don't waste a penny

Ordered on my phone myself and ended up with no pizza, after 30 minasked about it and was escorted to there computer and told you never Ordered. Absolute joke manager with an attitude. £35 for **** service and food was terrible. View menu

our first waiter was very friendly and he gave us very good service. later we got what seemed to be a very inexperienced young girl who managed to smash our plate on the floor. after that she has completely misunderstood our order and gave us four. desserts instead of two. but the pizza is great:d

I got a flatbread pizza and it was crisp and tasty enough. The chicken bites I got though were rather bland and tasteless though each bite is a lot of chicken which is good. I also really enjoy the unlimited salad, which was also kept...very tidy. The waitress that seated me and delivered my food was very kind.

Dropped in for lunch and were welcomed by a very pleasant member of staff and settled for the buffet selection and the salad . We enjoyed the pizza choices that were available .Very clean restaurant with tables cleaned as soon as customers left . At 16:40 August 17, I was refused service in Pizza Hut North Bridges Edinburgh because I was unable to use a mobile app to order, yet I only went there because I felt comfortable as 8 weeks ago I went with a friend and didn't...have any issues as the waitress took our order with her app. Blatant breach of the equalities act.

We arrived just before 5pm on a Wednesday, checked-in using the COVID QR code as requested and were instantly seated. We ordered via the code on the table and within minutes our drinks order was ready, food coming very shortly after (after a visit to...the salad bar). Staff throughout our visit were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Food was good our little ones loved the DIY ice-cream station.

we were a party of 8 and wanted to eat something. despite free tables they didn't let us in (it rained) we said we could only come if we first booked online. we did, but had to stand for another 15 minutes because of their booking slots in the...Rege. then we ate what was okay. decent pizzas as they would expect. if it came to pay, they would only take card payments. I paid the rest of our group had run the restaurant. So we had one. they finally accepted my money. I checked online. they use covid as excuse to not take cash, but their Kovid protocols in the restaurant were müll. View menu
