"After a long day we had no energy to explore the opposite and decided to eat here. when our server ethan once sat, came and took our order. he was very friendly and courteous our food came in a decent amount of time. the Margherita pizza, the cheesedreek and the garlic bread with mozzarella were made perfect and so delicious. the salatable was a bit disappointing, and so the unlimited drink option (only diet options available to the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream was totally hitting the place for me. the cookie was so gooey and tasty"

Absolutely no service other than when they bring your food out. To order using a QR code when the lady could have just taken our order right there and then has perplexed myself. "This has got to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever visited and dined in at. When we arrived we walked down the stairs to be left standing for 5 minutes at the entry for someone to approach us who looked miserable and ushered us to a table. This should have been the red flag to leave but we were keen to have a Pizza Hut since it's been awhile. As regular delivery customers we wanted to try the sit in, I wish we hadn't. The server wasn't very friendly and there was not enough staff in the restaurant to attend to all the customers at the time we visited. We ordered over £70 worth of food which was fine when it arrived. We had to ask for the drinks glasses after the mains arrived before the glasses. When we reached dessert and having dirty plates on our table for 20+ mins we asked two separate servers if we could please have the ordered desserts (We ordered via the QR code as requested). A further 30 minutes passed and nothing arrived after asking once more. We walked out which nobody noticed and didn't receive the desserts ordered. A dire experience with staff who didn't care less in a restaurant that felt like a graveyard."

"I went to this restaurant with some friends for a meal. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. The chicken breast, wings, and mini fillets were all meaty and of high quality. The peri peri sauce made the dishes even more flavorful than Nandos. The rice was fluffy and the fries were hot and crispy. The southern fried chicken wings were also tasty, better than KFC's and with a more generous portion of meat. The owner sources fresh meat from Birmingham regularly and only buys high-quality chicken. The homemade chicken fillet burgers were delicious, with a half-pound chicken breast used for each one. They also offer a massive nacho burger made with butterfly chicken breast. I highly recommend the food at this restaurant and would definitely return."

"We visited the restaurant on Saturday for lunch. Although it was quite busy and we encountered a long wait, we were seated promptly. I ordered the vegan giardiniera with extra jalapeños, while my friend had the same dish but without olives and with sun-dried tomatoes. "We went to this restaurant for lunch with 2 adults and 2 young adults. We used the QR Code to order, which was easy. The lunch buffet had a nice selection of pizzas and salads. It would be nice to have some couscous bread sticks or something similar on the salad bar instead of so many carbs like pasta. It would also be helpful to have labels for dressings, allergens, and hot sauces. The staff was attentive and polite. The restaurant was a bit noisy and echoey, but overall clean and tidy. We will definitely be returning."

"The manager on shift on Sunday 10th really stayed on top of the whole restaurant . He’s clearly very good at his job. Similar issue with the door every time I visit. People prop it open to queue and it’s makes the restaurant freezing cold. Maybe add a sign asking people queuing to keep the door closed so the experience is nicer for people inside."
