"The Lebanese food at Palmyra is decent but not outstanding. The service had a rough start with a mix-up over water, but improved as the meal went on. We all opted for set menu 2, and while the starters were just okay, the hummus and bread stood out. Despite a limited availability of prawns, the main courses were surprisingly delicious. The prawns were juicy and the lamb was tender and flavorful. Dessert was also a hit with almond and Baileys ice cream and complimentary baklava. Overall, Palmyra is a solid neighborhood restaurant that is convenient for visitors to Kew Gardens and reasonably priced. We paid less than £30 each and left satisfied. Recommended for a decent meal out."

"Zuma in London is a standout when it comes to Japanese cuisine, particularly their sushi offerings. Despite London not being widely recognized for its Japanese food, Zuma shatters that perception with their exceptional dishes."

"We booked through OpenTable for Valentines evening but when we showed up for our table, the restaurant had no record of our booking. This took several minutes and members of staff to resolve, by offering us a table, which was fine. However when we sat down we realised that as it was Valentines night, they had a special event on and that had 2 sittings 6-8pm and 8-10pm. As we had booked for 7:15pm this was an issue as they appeared to hurry us through the meal. Also it is disappointing that there were many Deliveroo drivers hovering around the tables waiting to pick up take-aways which really brought the atmosphere and ambience down. The manager tried to shoo them outside but they kept coming in. It was a shame as we were finished by 8:30 and had to get an earlier taxi home!"

"decided to try out for a possible future visit with others who prefer either Chinese or Indian. they both seemed to serve so that this would be a solution. When I saw that the clientel and the staff were mainly Indians, I decided to try the Chinese. most eat the Indian menu. the meal is always a good test. the broken chicken and seaweed was good and the pancakes. both quite standard Chinese farewell. chicken cashew was a bit too sweet, but much sweet. the special fried rice was bad, basmati rice with over fried pork. mischvene was also bad. there was another court I did not remember, but it was similar to chicken cashew. tee was in order, and so were the nickers....read more"

"I 'm a BIG food lover and have been to every so called 'Lebanese ' restaurant across London and have found nothing can come close to Beirut Nights. One thing above all that really did it for me was the customer service. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everyone made me feel very welcome and really did everything they could to ensure I had a great time. The food! What can I say about the food! The farruj musahab (baby chicken) is unbelievably tender and tasty and is also very affordable. We smoked shisha outside afterwards and it was refreshing to not be at a shisha place that is full of loud teens. It was a chilled out atmosphere with loads of cool looking people I 'd recommend this place to anyone without thinking twice."

"We ordered takeaway and the order was wrong (not the delivery drives fault) when we called the restaurant the owner also tried to argue that the ezme sauce is a white creamy sauce until we proved him wrong. He then said he will call back in 5 mins for a solution. 15minutes later we called and the person we spoke to said he would deliver a fresh order in 30minutes accepting he had forgotten to send the right order and the person we previously spoke to had left. 1 hour later (still not receiving the correct order) we called again the owner said oh we cannot send your food out you have to come and collect but will be ready in about an hours time. He said he didnt call back as he had gone to deliver another order. We asked if he could deliver our order and he said he doesnt drive. We asked for a refund which he refused. He said we should come and collect and that he was not giving us £60 worth of food for free!? Ridiculous as our order was paid for £35.58 and was wrong (missing items). We explained we had paid for the food and would like our correct order delivered. He point blank refused and was incredibily rude. I would avoid at all costs. Owner has serious issues taking responsibilty for HIS errors. Which in the food industry can seriously ruin his business. I hope he learns before its too late! My advise would be to avoid a very arrogant owner in his deluded world!"

"The last time we came here was several years ago and the restaurant is much more attractive now twice the size, warmer and cosier even on a freezing winter’s night, that distinctive Middle Eastern music playing quietly in the background while the food is as delicious as ever. We shared some spicy mutabal to start, with flatbreads to dip. And then Jenny moved onto a generous plateful of what she was wonderfully tender chicken and rice. I opted for a selection of hot mezze dishes, always my favourite: mujadarrah, a classic combination of lentils and rice topped with crispy fried onion, ful medamas (Egyptian style field beans in a hugely garlicky and lemony sauce) and spinach and cheese bourak or borek, crispy pastry parcels. They were the only slightly disappointing fish, I thought I’ve had versions made with filo pastry and they’re rather lighter. A great mezze combination though. Good service from the helpful young Syrian waiter, a fine value meal and in a nice atmosphere we were very happ, and it’s great to see Rowsha’s thriving."

"Tugged away from the busy shopping high street, it is recommended to find this for lunch or dinner. It is wooden chairs and tables so not very fancy. You can be seated outdoors too. It is small, so you sit close together, and it can get busy. My friend and I refer to this place as our shopping retreat . We have yet to order main meals, as we buy a lot of different smaller dishes to share. For an example, last time we did not have much time to eat, so we got a bottle of large still water, a tabouleh, falafel, halloumi meshwi, fatayer spinach for the perfect price of £34.04 to share... That is a cheerful and healthy dinner! And each dish is so tasty and the home made dips just add that extra yumminess."

"We had an amazing meal at a great price with my wife and children. We ordered lamb and chicken with falafel. The food was really delicious and the service was excellent. We finished our meal with baklava and were even treated to free tea and Turkish delight. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to visiting again soon."

"Last Sunday, I treated my mother to a birthday brunch at Two Sisters restaurant. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted and given information about our brunch options, including the buffet or special brunch dishes, as well as the option for turkey bacon instead of pork. I believe this restaurant is the perfect spot for a leisurely brunch, especially for a mother-daughter outing. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and excellent service. We initially used a Groupon for our visit, but we were so impressed that we would gladly return even without a discount. It was definitely worth it."
