"This is true authentic Bangladeshi /Indian cuisine. They may get a little too excited with the amount of ghee but what you’re going to get here is well made dishes at an affordable price. Their Tahli is great value at £7.95 most of the dishes had bones in them but this is fine as it made the meats that little bit more succulent. Staff were friendly and meals came efficiently. Would recommend to anyone trying to avoid the restaurants that say they are “the best on brick lane”."

eating took an hour plus to get the Platter elements in dripping wet. unclear whether all articles had arrived personal seemed not to know what is or is not part of the plate.

Meat overcooked and dry for the grilled mains we chose (mixed grill) but lamb chops, while still overdone a little were still lovely. However the starters and services we recieved were great.

yesterday for a lunch my partner (which is from bangladesh) and it was amazingly fresh home cooking bengali eating. good proportions of sizes (also today something for lunch) very tasty and beautiful staff. will be back.

one of the best bengali restaurants in brick lane. the restaurant is not so beautiful, but is her Bengali equivalent from her punjabi dhaba served a magnificent spread of fishing that disappears repeatedly in an amazing tempo. from your tangra to your koi to loitya to the shutkis. if they are a bit early, they can catch the shorshe ilish. but the best dish I liked was the chitol maker kofta. really awesome!
