"I had the most classic, most fantastic night here on Friday 30/10. that is the old Arabic finest style. we danced at the entrance, dj was marvelous at the replay of compilation tunes for all other backgrounds, amazing eating, and the entire staff was super friendly. I can't say enough! so beautiful...magic! if you want to have charm, it is worth the splurge."

"This was my second time dining here, and once again I faced a long wait for a table. This time it was an hour, and during the wait, we were only offered a drink, which I think should have been complimentary given the lengthy delay. Fortunately, we managed to find a spot to sit while waiting, but many others who arrived after us had to stand around. Honestly, I might have decided to leave if we hadn’t found a place to wait. However, once we were seated, the service and food were good, and the atmosphere was lively. I’d love to return, but the long wait for a table is definitely a turn-off, especially since it happened both times I visited."

"The manager needs to do a refresher course on customer service. The restaurant is suppose to be a Lebanese cuisine but had only Indian food as mains? Me and my friends had ordered mocktail and the drinks were literally half a glass, the drinks were overpriced in terms of how much we got. We ordered a shared Tapas and unfortunately it wasn't really sharing Tapas the portion sizes were very small. When trying to discuss this he came across quite arrogant and had very little listening skills. We were extremely upset the way he dealt with things so cancelled our main, however we didn't let this dampen our mood and went to the Turkish restaurant down the road and they really went out of their way to serve us good food, big portion sizes and gave us dessert which was in the house."

"We were given a choice of two tables on arrival enabling us to chose which area of the restaurant we preferred. Menu choice was excellent as well as the food itself. Very good, attentive service. We were there on a Sunday and had the set lunch menu. One very tiny criticism is that the Yorkshire puddings were far too large, placed on top and covering the rest of the food. Sadly unattractive and also wasted as no one on our table ate a whole one. But, that aside, a fantastic restaurant to go to. So glad we are within walking distance."

I ordered taramasalata, asked for gfree pitta brot, another order was for beetroot hummus, also gfree. no Pitta-Brot, only 2 pieces usually cut brot. both dishes were disappointing, dry brot, no salat sides, not even a tomato or gurke. very loud,"

"sitting today to guildford, especially to have some kreise! we were not disappointed: both eating and service were really good and spot on to heal the nostalgia for some authentic Greek gyros. the place is a bit small (only 2 tables and some stands), but is above all a good one, so that's okay. "Delicious! Had a great evening here with friends. Food is lovely, but as the only vegan at our table I was disappointed in the the falafel main as the dish was just falafel and hummus. Would of been nice to have more salad, or even some rice or chips to make it into a meal! Restaurant was empty when we went, we weren't in any rush but the service was particularly slow."

"We called ahead yesterday after enjoying a drink, and ended our meal with the delicious bread and butter pudding with custard. My friends had the cheesecake with a unique twist, the scallops, and the lamb kebab. We also discovered the Moroccan mint tea with rose, which is a must-try. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be returning for our next visit to London."

"we were a party of 6 and during booking I noticed under the conditions that for parties of 8 or more only the set menu was served on £40 per head. we did not want the set menu, but since we were a party of 6 it was clear that this is not true for us. at the arrival in the restaurant we were told that we have the £40 set menu and that this is applied to parties of 6 or more. I explained that it said during the booking it was only on 8 or more, but the waiter insisted that I was wrong and then brought the manager who was very unpleasant and dismissed in her wise. I had my phone with the e-mail booking and I read the condition about the set menu only for parties of 8 or more. the manager finally agreed with me, but her attitude let us all feel very disappointed and want to go as soon as possible after eating. we wanted to relax and enjoy the evening, but this was impossible with this thema that has been attracted for more than an hour. we have never been as much as none of us enjoyed the experience after this long-out dispute and then very slow service feel very unwilling. would not recommend this restaurant after this very bad experience."

I went with a group of friends before the theatre and we were very impressed by the tasty food we had everyone had something different and it was all fabulous. "I didn't dine at this particular location, but rather at Maroush Express, which is located just down the street. My friend, who is from London, recommended that we meet there while I was visiting because she mentioned that they had a variety of vegan options. While that may have been the case, they were actually out of the first two dishes I tried to order from the menu. However, the moutabal baba ganouj that I ended up getting was absolutely delicious! The pitta bread and tabbouleh were also quite good. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. The server seemed unfriendly and uninterested in taking our order, and did not return to check on us afterwards. It took multiple attempts to get takeaway boxes and pay the bill. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I would suggest proceeding with caution if you decide to dine in, or just opt for takeaway instead."

"So I've been going to this shop since my Teenage years, now I'm an adult. I love how it's an authentic Turkish restaurant run by a Turkish family. Good people serving good food. I have friends that travel for 20 minutes for their special home made Chilli sauce. For sure it's worth a try. It's a nice family run shop which the family still work hard on. In fact I grew up watching them develope it and can tell you the quality has not slipped, only improved. Good food at fair prices. Will surely be back soon."
