"The manager needs to do a refresher course on customer service. The restaurant is suppose to be a Lebanese cuisine but had only Indian food as mains? Me and my friends had ordered mocktail and the drinks were literally half a glass, the drinks were overpriced in terms of how much we got. We ordered a shared Tapas and unfortunately it wasn't really sharing Tapas the portion sizes were very small. When trying to discuss this he came across quite arrogant and had very little listening skills. We were extremely upset the way he dealt with things so cancelled our main, however we didn't let this dampen our mood and went to the Turkish restaurant down the road and they really went out of their way to serve us good food, big portion sizes and gave us dessert which was in the house."

Terrible food!! We used to frequent Liban. However, there has been a change in management and the food is now simply terrible. Greasy, small portions, not what we were expecting. Save your money and dine elsewhere!

Family get together. Food was very disappointing.. Flavourless, basic, over priced set menu. Service was sporadic and extremely slow. The waiting staff were very pleasant but clearly in experienced. Main course need hot pepper sauce for taste. As for dessert.... Served on a long dishes...

It was closed with a notice on the door stating it didn’t reopen until 15th September! Very poor service offered by Open Table Think I’ll book directly in the future!? I’ll certainly be passing the fact that OT has allowed me to make a booking at a closed restaurant to all my friends and colleagues!

The meals at this restaurant were extremely disappointing. Neither the Lebanese nor Indian dishes were good. The chicken lollipop was the worst I've ever had. The service was very slow, as it took 30-40 minutes for our starters to arrive. It was not worth the £70 we spent. You can get a far more delicious meal in central London for that amount of money.

Wow! Great food (especially the hummus and I really enjoyed the super yummy vodka cocktail), excellent service with superb terrace dining area...featuring a beautiful rose backdrop, great for our Instagram pictures! As soon as we walked through the door, the new manager Pierre immediately made us feel very welcomed. What a difference a new manager makes! A big thank you to the new team, we'll certainly be back soon!

This is a beautiful tapas restaurant in South Woodford, perfect for a date night. The food was incredible, staff were extremely attentive and friendly and even offered us to switch tables to the fabulous outside dining area and were so kind as to offer us blankets too. Our party had a selection of tapas and mains which were superb. Stunning decor, delicious drinks and will definitely be back again to try more of the menu.

I felt like there weren't enough staff at the restaurant. I found the manager's jokes to be inappropriate, and he even questioned why we didn't pay the service charge, which I thought was unprofessional. Additionally, he overcharged us for a mocktail by charging us the price of a cocktail. The milk in our tea was also off. Although the manager apologized, I was disappointed that he didn't offer any sort of compensation to make up for the mistakes. Typically, a manager would give something complimentary to appease the customer.
