"During the last year I have visited The Minories couple of times, each time happier than before, and each time, my expectations continued to be exceeded. On the last visit, we ordered a sharing platter, it was absolutely flavorful, well presented and more than enough for two. Apart from the tasty food, the ambience was fantastic, even though my team lost the final match that night, I never felt gloomy. Last but not least, I would love to mention the leadership team, the friendly effective good-looking manager was looking after all the individuals that evening and making sure everything run smoothly, and everyone is pleased. Already planning the next visit."

"I recently met up with family who were visiting the United Kingdom and had spent the morning at the Tower of London. We decided to have lunch at a Jamie's restaurant, as I had previously had good experiences at other locations. Unfortunately, it seemed like we caught them on a bad day as several menu items were unavailable. It was explained to us that there was an issue with deliveries, and on top of that, the service was quite slow. Despite these setbacks, the lunch was still enjoyable, but overall it was a bit disappointing."

"I visited the restaurant for the first time on Saturday to order a takeaway pizza. They have a great selection of pizzas to choose from, as well as different sizes and types of crust. They also make tasty burgers. Since I couldn't decide on a specific pizza, I decided to create my own with toppings of fresh chili, chicken, spicy sausage, mozzarella, and red onion on a 12-inch pizza priced at around £11. The staff informed me that my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes and directed me to a table to wait. The restaurant was busy with several delivery orders being prepared and more customers coming in. After 10 minutes, my pizza was ready and it was delicious with fresh and tasty toppings. I found it to be better than pizzas from Dominoes or Pizza Hut. You can either visit the restaurant, call for delivery, or order online. It's all good."

"Service was terrible tonight!! Made an order through the app on android, the order got approved.. Arrived for collection later, and that was when I was told that I had to choose a standard pizza for the free promo. I did not recieve any phone calls in advance before traveling to the store. So there was no pizza being made and a wasted journey Anyhow, this didn't seem to be an issue as it was a create your own ham &mushroom pizza and a So we asked to switch them and get the standard ham and mushroom as the free pizza I was then told there was no seafood. So they couldn't even prepare our order Fuming. I had traveled to collect a pizza they didn't even have the ingredients to make, and I wasn't even told and they still accepted the order I have never had an issue before but the service tonight was absolutely disgraceful. I won't be using this branch ever again and I hope that employee doesn't work there for long."
