"Had a booking for weeks for them to call on the day and say they will be closing the restaurant early due to staff shortage because of covid so will have to cancel my booking, they should’ve served who was already booked and not accepted walk ins and staffed properly for bookings only, not just shut the place so we have to look for somewhere else to eat last minute on the 23rd of December!"

"The women by the dest serving us was extremely rude. We came sunday just past at around 5 pm. We asked if you could sit outside and she said she will let us know as soon as its free which was fine as we already had a table booked inside. About15 mins later, I went in the garden to smoke and saw a table free so I went to ask the same lady if we can sit there if its free? We cam back in the garden for her to check and suddenly she started being rude and load and said to me in fromt of everyone that i need to get off her shoulder and stop pressuring her fif a table! Which i never did. Then she told me I can’t smoke in the garden and i have to out to smoke . 20 mins later she came and sat us down outside. 5 minutes later she was serving a table in front of us , And they were all smoking and she never said a word! Shocking! This behaviour is absolutely unnecessary and not acceptable. We are never coming back. Melissa"
