"Firstly, the venue is fantastic. We often visit for brunch, but this was our first time dining in the evening. The setting next to the boating lake is lovely, and we were seated right by the window. The food was outstanding, showing a clear influence from Skye. The grilled bread with garlic, balsamic, and olive oil was exceptional, along with the deep-fried sage leaves. The hollandaise sauce on my asparagus was buttery, creamy, and truly fantastic. The pork chop was cooked to perfection. Although the wine list was short, it covered most options well. With the set price and an Aperol spritz enjoyed outside in the sun before dinner, it was great value for money. We will definitely be returning."
