"The atmosphere was amazing. The jazz was fabulous and made the evening. We ordered our food and within less than five minutes it was delivered to our table. I would assume it was microwaved. It tasted okay but was nothing special. We ordered tart Tarim for pudding And it looked like microwaved slop on a plate. Albeit it tasted okay presentation was not good. Thank Melvin for the jazz it was wonderful."

"steak and chips was nice, the chips went cold to end, would suggest another portion method to keep them hotter longer. the service seemed a bit strange to run with eating on a tablet from the kitchen and then the tablet removed and put on the table by various waiters. the service fee is added to the bill at 12.5%, which I feel is high, but this is optional, only puts on it to remove it."

"Sadly this was a disappointment, having arrived slightly early for a table than booked, we were shown to a table in the back corridor with poor lighting and no atmosphere despite the restaurant having plenty of good space left. We were not given the a la carte menu which we wanted and received zero service after 10 minutes so we got up and left."

"Table booked several weeks ago for 7.30pm on New Tears Eve ….starters did not arrive till after 8.30 pm nor did olives or bread etc … main course arrived after 9.30pm steak stone cold sent back and re-served 9.45 pm and while steak now warm it was now tough and chips cold, sauce cold sent back but by this time gave up up as had other arrangements from 22..00!pm. Son had ordered same and had same issue…. Wife had ordered the duck which was good but inevitably overall New Years experience extremely disappointing…. Waiting staff accommodating and understanding to complaints but service from kitchen not acceptable. That said I suspect real issue issue too many bookings taken and kitchen not able to able to cope…..we had been last 2 New Years Eves and had very good food and service, sadly that was not our experience tonight!!!! In fairness senior staff understood my complaints and ultimately did not charge i’d have been far happier with good food, good experience and an enjoyable family night out that I paid for to see the New Year in. We were not alone in having to wait a long time for food and complaining We generally have very good experiences in Cote restaurants and will try again in the the New Year but doubt I will book again for New Year."

"This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend who lives in the area. It is a very nice restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, the staff were attentive and friendly. The food was really nice, all four of us really enjoyed our meals although the choice is so good it was hard to decide on what to have! I have to mention Paula who served us, she was so nice. I mentioned to her that we were celebrating my husband's birthday and she arranged a birthday plate with a candle for him. We really appreciated it and it was very kind of her. We will definitely return to this restaurant on our next visit to Ealing Broadway."
