"After we arrived at 17.45 a.m. for our jubile meal (we were asked if it was a special occasion to be booked and I said it was) they had a high-time reception so it was busy. I went into the bar and got two drinks and said I had a table booked to be informed that the restaurant was closed because of the high time, I said I had booked and voted my disregard. she went to see someone and said yes ok, but if they want their drinks first, when the waitress was busy with the high time! After 45 minutes I went back to the bar and asked what was going on, we were shown in the restaurant that looked more like a billard room. there were no tables and no one else in it. the waitress put our knives and men and a paper napkin, not yet a table cloth. she took our drink order, but we had to explain what brut meant, a bottle prosecco and a pint store. the menu was entered on a simple A4 sheet on a clip board, this was not the menu on its website. we looked around and there was no atmosphere, music was just quiet, it was more like a worker club! After we looked at the menu, we both decided that this was not for us, so I went back to the bar and informed us that we were going, but the waitress had already decorted the prosecco and poured the pint so that I paid £33 for the soaking and left. twice the waitress told us that she had told someone to take the menu from the website. that is the worst culinary experience we have ever experienced."

"pizza was tasty what I suspect is the most important. I had a black carnitas especially with jalapeños and black beans, which was tasteful and on a thick teig base, which I like decor is bright and airy, quite removed back, but still a warm absent in the cold industry feel many places go for. on Sunday evening we were in so little atmosphere to speak as it is a great room to fill but the service left the place down and made the experience strange and down right awkward to time. when we entered a co-worker member, welcomed us from behind the bar, and shamefully sted in the general direction of some empty tables, when we do not have difficulty after a table for after a few intimidating interactions with him, including twice forgetting our ordering pizza) became clear, he was either totally unsuitable to serve the public or possibly drunk. I am convinced that it was the latter, an opinion that strengthened when the wrong pizza arrived for me. we spent the rest of the meal to avoid eye contact, hoping to avoid more unpleasant quiet. the imprint unprofessional worker was not supported by a group that drinks in the restaurant that would occasionally wander into the kitchen or the personal areas. I had great hopes for this risk at a seemingly cursed location and hope that problems will be excluded and succeed. However, if our experience indicates the standards set, pizza west can have even less time than the previous incarnations of bars/restaurants in this room. with so many other options near me I will not be pushed back."
