"We had a Sunday lunch recently. However it took 20mins for our starter to arrive from when we ordered and other tables who ordered after us were served before us. When we enquired apparently order had got lost. This hotell still has the reputation of poor service. This is a shame as the staff themselves are friendly and polite, they just need more training. The food was good and it is for this reason we will return."
