"Once seated, we waited an hour to be served, while several tables that arrived after us were attended to and had their meals served in just 20 minutes. When we inquired about our order, we were merely asked what we had ordered. After mentioning our dish, we were brought the wrong items about 10 minutes later.
When I pointed out the mistake, they asked if I had a receipt, which I didn’t, since they hadn’t provided one. I was then directed to the bar to explain the situation to the person I ordered from, along with proof of my order. I had to reiterate the issue to multiple employees, including the cook and finally, the manager.
Unfortunately, no one offered a viable solution. I was told by the kitchen that they never received our order. I requested the correct meal, but they said they had nothing else to offer, except drinks. Given that we had already waited over an hour and were extremely hungry, it was frustrating to hear that they couldn’t assist us further. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant, and it felt like we were not taken seriously as customers."
