"We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay thank you! The lodge we stayed in was lovely, very comfortable and well appointed. The only improvement I might suggest would be a small fridge in the room. We loved the pub restaurant and thought it had a lovely atmosphere. The food was great, although my starter (roasted shallot tart) and my wife's dessert (tiramisu) could have been better. If there was a downside it was breakfast the food was lovely but took a long time to arrive. My wife asked for some yoghurt and fruit which arrived at the same time as the cooked breakfast, we would have preferred it before. I was also surprised that the restaurant hadn't been cleaned from the night before, there was food and mud on the floor. However, I am being picky! We had a wonderful stay and left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Your staff are all lovely. We would definitely come back. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic"
