"We booked in advance and my partner ordered the sauce for her steak which came wrong , they seemed put out about their mistake but changed it reluctantly, the service charge was stated but Normally this is optional but when we brought this up they made the excuse of paying staff extra for Christmas Day, however we had paid £85 pp and on the menu it stated “service not included “ so we thought we were in our rights to question this but they insisted it was compulsory!, it really spoiled our night the food was good but drinks overpriced, so our first time here will be the last as long as I have a pulse , the staff were generally ok , but we felt they’re taking the P*Ss with the overcharging my advice is go elsewhere if you don’t want to be ripped off"
