"our breakfast was bad! my man ordered the filled banana-french toast. what he served was burned two halves, and very hard to chew French toast. a half of the toast had a small disc muddy pampered banane (so he did not end up eating part of the French toast to become sick) and another half of the French toast had no banana! my egg beedict was such a small part, half an English muffin and 2 small eggs. one was cooked and the other was runny (as should be an eier benedict.) I would like to point out, however, that the prices for the right prices for lidon, which are not acceptable to these Scottish foods. with two coffees, our bill was just over £30... a complete and total waste of money! the waitress had no idea of the food they served, we were shocked when our food arrived because it looked like we had ordered nothing. So we asked the staff if it was the right order, and they didn't know. So they took our food back to the kitchen and brought us the same food again. then another employee came to our table, looked at the food, asked for our food to take back to the kitchen and brought the same back to us! I don't want to say anything. avoid this restaurant."

"Visited for brunch for my Mums birthday this weekend. The food and wine was lovely, Caesar salad was outstanding. The views and decor in the hotel and restaurant are fantastic. What really made the trip was the service we received, all staff were so polite and even brought out a slice of cake for my Mum which we appreciated so much. Downstairs Derek, on the reception took lots of photos of us and gave us great information about London and how to get about. Will definitely be back the next time we visit!! Thank you so much for a memorable lunch for my Mums big birthday!"

"This takeaway in Faifley, Clydebank offers a variety of delicious options including pizzas, kebabs, burgers, wraps, and pasta. They also have ice cream for those looking for something sweet. The service is fast and the food is very tasty."

"This was the best overall experience I've ever had at a Michelin-starred restaurant (although it was only my third). The staff worked seamlessly as a team to ensure that we were taken care of throughout the entire meal. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was lively, and we felt very comfortable all night. There is no official dress code, but you may feel out of place if you show up in board shorts and a tank top. We each enjoyed a five-course meal (you can choose between 3-6 courses) and a couple of bottles of wine, which came out to about $700CAD and lasted about 2.5 hours. It was definitely worth the experience and the amazing food."

"We managed to get a last minute booking which surprised us, given that it was a Friday evening in the west end. When we arrived we received a warm welcome and given a nice table by the window. We ordered wine which was decanted at the table by our waitress Valentina. We chose mussels to start followed by pizza and sergios cod provencal along with a tomato and onion salad which they kindly prepared despite not being on the menu, (not always easy to achieve in many other restaurants) The mussels were tiny and many of the shells were empty, however the marinara sauce was tasty. The pizza, quattro formaggi was incredibly salty and doughy. The cod dish was bland and in our opinion the fish was undercooked. We were hungry so ate what we could. But left a considerable amount of food untouched. When the waitress came to clear she could obviously see that we had not enjoyed the food and asked how it was. She was also surprised that no-one had come to do a quality check. She said she would go and speak to the manager, which she did. After we paid and made to leave the manager then approached and offered us a limoncello which we declined. Sadly we were disappointed and despite there being many celebrity photographs adorning the walls, we found the experience underwhelming."

"I celebrated my 21st birthday dinner at this restaurant on Saturday in the private dining room. Victoria did an amazing job organizing everything beforehand, and the waitresses were lovely throughout the night."

"this is a beautiful restaurant, rather similar to a raised French brasserie. there is a sitting area outside. there is a separate vegetarian/vegan menu and I ordered from it. I loved eating that I had. it was easy, but delicious. for the starter I had a pea and nice suppe, then for a main course I had the baked miso aubergine. as dessert I ordered the mandel panna cotta. the service was good, although our waiter was sometimes somewhat abrupt. all the others were very friendly. this place changes their menu depending on the season, so hopefully they will also contain some new vegan options in the future. pricely, it was not too bad, but it is the kind of place where she would probably go for a contract."

"We were recommended this place by a kind stranger in the smoking section and I am grateful for their suggestion. The staff at Honours really know what they're doing. Despite not having a reservation, we were able to get a spot at the bar. The music was at a pleasant volume and the lighting created a cozy atmosphere, even at the bar. The food was absolutely delicious. It was authentically good and sourced locally, with a varied menu. The parmesan risotto was a creamy delight. Our mains of hand-rolled tagliatelle with truffle puree and scallops, Moroccan lemon chicken, potatoes, and French beans were especially enjoyed. The highlight of the meal was the Honours sundae, which was a delightful surprise with toffee caramel ice cream, honeycomb, pecans, caramelized banana, and tiny chocolate pieces that bubble and pop in your mouth. Overall, it was definitely worth the visit."

"Difficult to describe really: 1. In my experience the food has always been delivered quickly, thought perhaps a little too quickly as I once ordered while on my way home, website claimed delivery would be in an hour but I got a call saying they were outside my house within 15 minutes. 2. The kebab meat, although generally tasty, can sometimes seem a little undercooked, with some of it actually still being pinkish upon closer inspection, and I noticed that whenever I ate it I would soon develop an upset stomach. 3. The saving grace is the sub I ordered from there, which honestly was one of the best things I have ever tasted. (Spicy beef, Chinese chicken, pepperoni and peri chicken <3)"

"I love this Chinese Take Away. It is run by a lovely family who are always polite and helpful. It is clean and always smells so good. If I could buy the scent of their food as a candle, my house would be lit up with many tiny, dancing flames. The portions are large and you have the option to order any dish on the menu as an even larger portion for a very small price increase. The hot and sour soup is a particularly delight, with a deep flavour you don't get anywhere else. The only gripe I could possibly have is that they only use thin noodles for their chow mein. My daughter loves the thin noodles but I prefer medium or udon. If they offered a choice of noodle size this place would be perfect. But that is a small complaint and only based on my own preference. Seriously, give it a try, you won't be disappointed."

"excellent. excellent value for money with fast and friendly service, very cheap lunch packages for two courses) and especially extremely good food. portionings are very generously particularly popular are the crispy pork bell, bone cover, grilled cuddly and sea mussels. desserts are a little more hit and miss, so that holding on to start and netzen could be a better option. the menu changes slightly depending on the season and available ingredients, but some of the dishes stay in the course of the year it is sometimes very crowded, so book them in advance! highly recommended and my opinion after one of the best restaurants in london."

"We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the lady at the front desk wished me a happy birthday, which was a lovely touch. We were seated at a nice table, and the waiting staff was attentive and very helpful when we inquired about the menu. The wine list was impressive, and the food was delightful. The restaurant was quite busy, which is unusual for a Tuesday evening, creating a perfect atmosphere."

"After a busy morning of sightseeing in London for me and the last morning of a 3-day conference for David, we decided to get some steps in on our Fitbit before heading back from Baker Street to our apartment in Canary Wharf. It was around 1:45 PM when our hunger pangs started kicking in, so we began looking for a restaurant. Finding a place to eat in central London is not a difficult task, as there are many options from all over the world. However, because it was a sunny day, it seemed to have brought out the crowds, with many of the restaurants we passed by being full to capacity. It was interesting to note how lunchtime in London is much later than in the USA."

"Ordered through Just Eat and they added an extra 15 minutes to the order. Phoned them 10 minutes after estimated delivery time; the woman told me that they were actually very busy today and that they were waiting on the delivery driver to return so it should only be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later it hadn 't arrived so I cancelled the order. The restaurant accused me of refusing to answer the door and accept the delivery a blatant lie. So, I walked along the road and went to Gorgie Fish Bar. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!"

"Rhubarb is our go-to stopping point when visiting the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Set in the gorgeous Prestonfield House, even before you get to the beautifully decorated dining room, you are wandering around the beautifully landscaped gardens. Once inside, there is an a la carte menu of deliciousness, and during the Edinburgh Fringe, they have a three-course table d'hote menu, which never disappoints in terms of choice, value or quality. There are few restaurants we would return to time and time again, but Rhubarb is one we certainly will. Check out the hotel's website for some exciting events coming up very soon and stay for a stunning meal."

"One of our favorites in Edinburgh. We always start off our week at the Fringe here and every time we're impressed by the menu, ingredients, service and wine selection. This place is a hidden gem which many locals don't know about, don't miss out if you're in Edinburgh!!!"

"Good to be back in Oxford after not visiting for a while. We went back to Bella Italia for our evening meal as we were so impressed with the food. I'm pleased to say that our visit was as good as last time. An excellent menu selection with a variety of dishes including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. They really have got that sussed. When you arrive, the person on the door checks if any guests have special dietary needs and the menu confirms what is available. We noticed quite a few tables with dishes indicating gluten free etc which shows how seriously Bella Italia takes things. The staff at this Bella Italia are lovely very pleasant, cheerful and friendly. Many thanks to Fiori for such a lovely welcome and excellent service. Very highly recommended."

"After being regular customers at Albion cafe, we were eager to visit the newly refurbished cafe now called the Boundary. Unfortunately, we found that the deli had been removed and the bustling cafe we once loved had been replaced by a quiet, upscale bar. Despite these changes, we decided to give it a try. I inquired about getting gluten-free toast with my eggs, only to discover that it had been removed from the menu, leaving me with no GF options. The tea arrived without milk and the orange juice was forgotten. The food, although tasty, was served lukewarm. The menu choices were now limited compared to before. Albion was London's top spot for breakfast/brunch before the renovation, and we used to visit regularly. Unfortunately, the new Boundary venue falls short in my opinion, and we won't be returning as regulars. We are now on the lookout for a new breakfast spot in London."
