"This was our first time visiting this restaurant . We booked for lunch being midweek it was quiet so we can’t fairly comment on what the ambience would be in evening. But….. fantastic food we sampled six tapas dishes and each of them had superb taste. And the service was excellent. We will certainly be back with the rest of our friends and family in tow !"

"I won a recent Valentine’s Day competition for a £50 Voucher and free bottle of prosecco. My husband and I were booked in on Valentine’s night and we were so impressed. Despite being fully booked all evening the service was excellent, especially our waiter who was very attentive and friendly. We arrived and I was given the voucher as soon as we sat at our table and before I knew it the waiter said he would bring over our bottle of prosecco The meal was absolutely delicious too and our steaks were cooked to perfection. At the end of our meal the manager came over to our table to ask if everything was ok and to congratulate us on winning which I thought was lovely as he was so busy. We will definitely be returning!"

"We were looking for somewhere round about Oxford Circus/Carnaby Street that would be suitable for our 9 yr old the other pubs we googled in the area were not helpful! We came across this wee restaurant down a side street and were very impressed great service, yummy fresh food. "Absolutely terrible service. After being a customer for a very long time I had noticed a massive decline in standards over the past 18 months especially. There is no consistency from the chefs Sometimes the food has been nice then more often lately it has been very substandard.. There is ALWAYS something missing off home delivery orders too. My last order took about 2 hours to arrive and was completely stone cold and also had half of the order missing. It was totally inedible. I called up and politely asked if I could return it and get a refund. I was told they were very busy and he apologised and said that he would just replace my complete meal if I called another time but couldn’t refund me. I understand businesses are struggling since covid so agreed to this. The complete meal went in the bin. This evening I called and explained I chose tonight as it was a quieter evening for them and as I was eating alone asked for a lesser order as my replacement. I even asked for a half portion of onion bhajis (even though I had previously paid for a full portion and they didn’t even deliver them) He took my full order which only came to £14 and then had the audacity to say I could have a £4 discount!!! He actually said I needed to pay £10. He remembered our previous conversation but said he was no longer replacing any meals. He was really rude and completely refused to honour his promise. I assume that must be because he has so many complaints and unhappy customers now. His attitude was awful. I was prepared to try again but now II will NEVER use the place again. Don’t waste your money here."

"I was at the Ealing branch so can 't comment on other branches. The acting manager at the store was a completely rude and disregarded my complaints. He has no empathy and no understanding of how to rectify customer service failure. So I went in with two friends and let me start off by saying they had a offer you where if you give your contact details you get a free starter. When it came to order/pay, I was almost overcharged by £2 but luckily I had totalled up my order in my head so was able to correct the acting manager. He said it was because he accidentally charged me the take out price for sitting in...Anyway, my meal came shortly after but one of my friend 's burger came before his starter (it 's a starter for a reason?? . The starter came 5 mins later than the burger so I 'm not sure why they buzzed him so quickly when only part of his meal was ready. My other friend ordered the beef quesadella to start but when this arrived it was devoid of any beef it was a roll with some cheese... I know as part of the offer the starter comes free but if you 're going to send it empty, we 'd rather pay... They took it away and filled it up with some beef when we complained didn 't offer to take money off the bill or cook it from scratch. When I reiterated our dissatisfaction at the end of the meal, the man behind the till shrugged his shoulders and said what 's the real issue? The starter was free and we fixed the issue. I just walked out at that point. Other customers were equally surprised at how rude the man was being to me and my female friend. It was our first and last time there. Very disappointed at the way I was spoken to by staff and unsatisfactory starters/waiting times. I 'll never go here again and neither will my friends or family.Avoid."

"Being in London, I was looking to try different cuisines and many streets were showing Sushi offerings. So this was my first time trying out the Japanese Cuisine. Although I did not have high hopes, I will not say that I was disappointed in the end. I liked the sushi we had and I can definitely try it again. Passing by Baker street, I entered the Yo! Sushi restaurant. They have a cool food belt like a moving walkway which runs along the entire restaurant. Once ordered, the food is placed on that belt and you can pick that up when it passes by your table. The ordering experience was not very great as there were only 2 people serving to about 7-8 tables. They were pretty slow and most of the times, only one of them was available. This being the first time I was having Sushi, it was pretty difficult for me to select the dish I wanted to have. I can't exactly remember the names of the dishes I had, but whatever I had were good and I'd want to stop by again sometime. The icing on the cake for me was that they have a completely separate Vegetarian menu which eases the selection for a vegetarian to a great extent. Kudos to the thought behind this this. Although, the ordering experience was not very great, my table was near to the lady preparing the sushi and she helped me understand the authenticity of it and also helped me order. P.S. They also offer a student discount."

"Maybe I'm being cruel, because I didn't understand what I was booking, but I figured if I was booking your restaurant on opentable then I would actually be going to a restaurant. It's just a burger bar. It's kind of like Wimpy, only without table service! The burger was tasty. But that was it, it was a go. I had the ridiculous idea I could order a bottle of wine.
