"the Christmas dinner has enjoyed us very much. for the first time eat in a restaurant for christmas and that supplied. also cocktails were pleasant. the food was enjoyed by all, we ordered various things - everyone remained happy and full. the music selection was perfect that we sing together, also perfect loudness. we asked about the type of caviar, they had no warning, but tried to say they did. would have been better to just say we don't know. more appropriate space between the guests so that we felt comfortable and had space to enjoy private sphere while in a common environment. would definitely be rebooking. might have listed the circumcisions for the most important courses on the Christmas menu before they were different depending on the meat they ordered, but was a beautiful surprise and delicious both."

"this is a great concept and the brand has definitely discovered a much needed gap in the market and it is extremely good to fill out! I especially love the flexibility of the menu for allergies and nutritional preferences. it is a large open space, and we always had brilliant service. I think it could be a bit for some on a first visit, as it is not 100% clear how to start it in the rule a member of the staff to help with this, but I think there is room for it to be made more clear for the people adapting their food combined with table service it is worth screaming."

"To celebrate my sister in law's graduation we booked here. We were so lucky with the weather as the sun was shining and it was warm enough to be sat outside for food. They had lots of GF items marked on their food menu. I had the Duck salad which tasted lovely, the duck was nice and crispy and was great for a light lunch. I did want some chips as they were marked as GF but unfortunately they were cooked in the same fryer with other glutenous foods which was a shame."

"When we first got there, everything seemed great and lovely, the place looked nice and seemed to have a great atmosphere. We were seated fairly quickly and had no troubles in terms of our reservation. However as the night progressed things just started to go down hill. At first it took around 20 minutes to be waited on, which fine I can understand that, they took our orders and I thought great. However we were waiting nearly another 20 minutes just to get drinks, and even then they completely forgot around 3 out of 9 of our drinks and in the end ended up not given a drink to one of them the whole night at all. Starters came out soon after, They were nice nothing special, I cant complain. We didn't get our actual mains until around an hour after we ordered (bear in mind not everyone of us got starters). The mains come out and mine was cold, but I had been waiting so long that at this rate I just ate it and didn't complain. I had a friend who had one of the pasta options who's plate was filled with a sloppy, water substance. The meals were nothing special, pretty mediocre to be honest. We were then waiting another 30ish minutes wating for our dessert orders to be taken. They finally did and I will say they came out pretty quick and were okay, definitely the best meal we all had there. The worst part is when it came to us all waiting for the bill, we were ignored by staff when we tried getting there attention to ask for the bill, after having waited patiently for a good 30 minutes. It got to the point we put our hands up, made direct eye contact with them and they still ignored us. We put all our dessert plates towards the end of the table hoping they would see we where done, but nope. Our waitress left as well. As someone who has severe anxiety and social anxiety, I started to find this unbearable, which yes they don't know I have that but still it is there job to be looking after their customers. When we finally got the bill we, as we were doing separate bills, had to figure it out ourselves, with little to no indication from the new waitress that we had (our previous one having left). It was a nightmare and so disorganised. our reservation was at 7 in the evening and we didn't leave until nearly 3 hours later, almost 10 o'clock in the evening. It was supposed to be a great night and yet it was just full of stress. As we here leaving we overheard a table next to us speaking to one of the waiters that they had ordered desserts over 30mins ago and they had still yet to come out. I was shocked. I will say the toilets upstairs were nice."

"Our experience here was great! We were on holiday and love Italian food, we've been to lots of Bella Italias but this had to be one of the best. The food was fantastic. The lady who served was so lovely, friendly and professional. Great atmosphere in this old building.. Would definitely recommend it."

"Its okey but Asked for Deeppan Lastime I Ordered as When they Deliver the Pizza it's too Thin and it Gets hard because off the Cheese Drying up. But Unfortunately I didn't get Deeppan I got Nasty Thin Pizza again was ok ordered from there 3-4 Times and Just had Enough Now. Last time I ordered i asked for Card Machine to be sent out only gone and Brought One with a Dead Battery so half an hour later they made me Pay over the Phone. "Edit.... 31st Oct 21.... I've reduced to a 4 star. Went tonight. Table at 7.30pm. Place was deserted. Only 2 other tables filled as we walked in. Lovely Service straight away. Starters arrived quickly however I didn't enjoy it (which they took off the bill which I didn't ask them to do). Certain items not available on the menu which is understandable due to supply issues which is beyond their control. However, had to wait over half an hour in-between the starter and main course even though the place was empty. They were concentrating more on their just eat orders which I counted 7 drivers coming in and out for deliveries while we were waiting for the main course. The main course was very enjoyable. Also received a voucher via email for a free main course. I love Bella Italia. Been a few times now and I have never had a bad meal. Food is fantastic. Always have calamari as a starter. They have a new menu now and had the meatballs. Meatballs were perfect sized. Small but not to small and plenty of them. Staff are friendly and polite."

"My friends and I dined here on a Wednesday evening having pre booked a table in advance via their website. We were attending a show at the Theatre nearby so the location was convenient for us as it's right near the MK Theatre. Plenty of (paid) parking nearby. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere but the seating is comfortable hard wooden chairs. We ordered a variety of starters, mains and desserts and all agreed that the food was poor to mediocre at best. The pollo cacciatore was not very pleasant the pasta was overcooked to the point of being slimy mushy. My Tiramisu portion was very small considering full price of this is around £7. We utilised a Tastecard discount for 2 for 1 on starters, mains and desserts. I would have been disappointed had I paid full price for this meal. Overall, whilst the location and service is very good the food is very poor and there are definitely better dining options in the vicinity."

"They had offered us a good review of the restaurant in exchange for a free drink per head, and we accepted. We just finished eating and I had to change the review because the treatment they had with us was shameful, since they knew that we did not speak the language and thus deceived us with the final price of the food. They have charged us 10-15 pounds for the service and in my case 12 pounds for the cooking. In the end, all that money that they haven't gotten from drinking has been taken from somewhere else. Shameful."

"If you’re searching for a reliable British/American-style Italian restaurant, you might find what you’re looking for here. However, if you want genuinely good gluten-free Italian cuisine, you should continue your search. The gluten-free starters come with a small slice of bread that is essentially just a piece of their pizza crust. They were out of gluten-free pasta when I visited, so I opted for the pizza. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing, especially given the many excellent gluten-free pizza options available elsewhere. The cocktails were overwhelmingly sweet, and the selection was limited. There were only a few types of wine available, without any specific brands mentioned. The prices are too high for food that is, at best, mediocre. There are many better gluten-free options in the city, so I recommend trying one of those instead."

"Went on a Wednesday booked up for 5-45 got there 10 mins early just 2 of us, both staff seamed to be in disarray we stood around for a few mins before being asked if we had booked, we waited a while before our order was taken we had a garlic bread and a pasta we noticed other tables were asking how long there food was going to be, there was about 4 tables not taken but people kept coming in asking for a table but they kept turning everyone away I think I counted about 60, we had to keep asking because we were going to a show for 7-30 we eventually got served at 5 to 7 so we had to rush our food even though we thought we were there in plenty of time, the staff also in the kitchen just couldn't cope so I don't think we will be going back anytime soon on the good side the pasta did taste nice."

"Visited for the first time with my partner. When going to any establishment. Customers service makes or breaks a first impression and I can 100% say, staff where brilliant. Service with a smile and very patient. I'm vegiterian and my partner isn't. I let them know I'm veggie and they gave me a standard menu and a vegan menu so I had multiple choices. For starters we ordered the garlic mozzarella dough bites. Very delicious. For mains my partners had the meat feast pizza, and I have the vegan Carne Mista pizza (seen in picture) both delicious and will have this again. Brilliant first experience and will definitely be returning"
