"Our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. It was very quiet, with only about 15 people eating. My colleague and I shared a Tomahawk steak, which ended up being more expensive than we were told. We had to wait 20 minutes for our starters, and then another 50 minutes for our main course. When it finally arrived, we had to send it back to the kitchen to be reheated because it had been sitting out and gotten cold. Our waiter Matteo started off nice but became less helpful once it came time to pay the bill. The bill included a 12.5% service charge, which I was considering asking to have removed. Overall, I would not choose to visit this restaurant again."

"Girls night out we aren 't very familiar with Covent Garden so what we thought would be a mad one ended up just being a nice catch up. Dirty Martini happy hour was our first stop, beautiful cocktails but was too small in there. Making our way home we wondered where would be open late to get food, on our discovery towards the station was Maxwells. Result!!!! We ate, we chat, we saw a rat. That 's right a RAT!!!!!! "Fantastic food and wonderful service. The Brat was great: both the rare roast beef and the sea bass option. The Scotch egg was also delicious, like the sticky toffee pudding. The children of Rigatoni and cheese sauce was tasty and they serve children's portions of roast (half adult) when you have small. We had a small problem (small piece of plastic in a pot of ice cream) that the manager quickly addressed; she even composed our dessert, although we tell her that mistakes happen."

"I had a meeting in one of the rooms at this restaurant, which was very pleasant (although a bit difficult to locate). The room was nice and included a bathroom, drinks, a water kettle, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The atmosphere was good for a meeting."
