"Placed an order at 18:44, went to collect at approx 7:50pm, thought surely since it had been over an hour that would have been plenty of time. When I arrived I was told that my order was just on the grill (even though I ordered over an hour ago) and wouldn’t be too long. However I was left waiting for another hour and 15 minutes, taking me to 9:15pm! At 9:15 I finally received my order after having asked kitchen staff numerous times about it. The environment of the kitchen seemed very unorganized and from an outsider point of view it is clear to see there is a severe lack of communication between members of staff. I was not the only one who had been waiting for hours, and spoke to other customers around me who shared the same dissatisfaction. After a two and a half hour wait, the only decent thing about the order was the milkshakes (and it would be really hard to mess up a milkshake)!! The spicy cheese bites were nothing special. The “Godzilla” burger was so soggy that the bun was falling apart and the meat had next to no flavour at all. The chips were very unevenly seasoned, one would be bland then the next would have ridiculous amount of salt on it. The price for the service and products we received is simply not good enough at all and I know I ament the only one with this experience. When looking at other review I seen that Chilos replied to other customers who were frustrated about long waits that they “don’t cook the orders until the person arrives so that the food is fresher/not soggy”. What is the point in having an order online feature then? And this tactic did not even stop the food from being soggy as mentioned the burger bun was soaking. Definitely not worth the money, or the 2 and a half hour wait, won’t be back"
