"It's an ok place to eat, it can have a longish waiting time at times, iv had a fair few problems with my food over cooked (rock hard meat balls) and iv had problems getting them replaced, as subways go it's normal, they lose a...star for the really rude young white girl who has a bad attitude and chews gum, seeing her puts me off ordering."

"it will be busy with the school children at lunchtime, but it is a nice place to eat for a bite. the sandwiches are made fresh on order and there is a limited number of seats. they have a baby seat there and it is easy to introduce prams, although the push button that opened the door did not work last time. they have a Wee toilet on the back of the load, which was always quite clean when I had to visit."

"This is a lovely place! The staff is friendly and hardworking. It's important to continue supporting them as they handle numerous online orders, but they always strive to do their best. I visit multiple times a week and they now recognize my order, which shows the dedication they have. Overall, it's an excellent experience! The entire team works tirelessly to make guests feel welcome and special. At various locations, the staff anticipated my order and knew exactly what I wanted before I even said anything! Their teamwork was impressive to witness, as they were well-organized and efficient. Even during peak busy times, when one staff member helped at the cash register, another staff member like Lia would switch to handling my sandwich with clean gloves, ensuring proper hygiene standards. Lia works hard to maintain the restaurant's cleanliness and frequently changes gloves between tasks. The staff at Subway does a great job!"

"my partner and I were so excited to discover a yo! sushi opened in bournemouth! we waited patiently for it to open and went there for the first time on Friday before dinner. experience with how busy yo! sushi southampton got, we decided to beat the dinner. we are glad that we did this because after sitting there was a snake in front of the door, which might wait 15 20 minutes before sitting. it is a shame that it is so small that there can feel a bit tight (similar to the southampton, but it is an attractive little restaurant. the staff seems constantly smiling and very friendly, with the dizzy atmosphere that always adds to the experience of my opinion: eating was good, very full! I was sure they have more and more sorts for desserts, but can not complain, all still delicious: can see that this turns into a monthly leak for us! [edit] I have added some photos since a year since I wrote this review, but still enjoy it visiting and eating there! when they sign up on their website, they can get a third on their birthday."

"I have always visited this subway as the standards of cleanliness/hygiene and customer service were beyond expectations. the personal was courteous and friendly, the dress code was uniform, i.e., 'protective headgear' caps etc. to stop any hair in the sandwiches or even the food in their refrigerators etc. had worn. I'm usually not one for complaining, but I think the standards seem to slip lately, there are people who don't wear headdress to protection, and finally the workers wear what they feel, i.e. fighting equipment, as if they have come from a war zone, safe subway as a device should carry high standards in hygiene and dress code for their personal too, occasionally I noticed we will make sure that this is not professional, and I will give them only 4 stars at this opportunity. come with subway, you can do it! They were my favorite time for one, they let us up this standard, since no one wants to eat any foreign bodies in their sandwich. d brown"

"i come here a lot. the food is subway so you can’t really complain about it , the staff are usually very friendly. but today was awful , i ordered my sandwich and it was a set sandwich , i then asked for a few salad items to be swapped which clearly isn’t difficult but the staff member decided to say “could’ve just said that” when repeating what salads i wanted. i then went to pay and i asked to scan my subcard and the woman proceeded to say to her colleague “could’ve just said before hand” and then left me to pay without saying thanks or anything. i don’t know their names but they are twins i think , they’re so rude and impolite everytime i come here. they make me not want to come anymore. Parking: not many parking spots , unless you want to pay for parking. Wheelchair accessibility: there is no accessibility for wheelchairs , steep steps to the doorway.
