"We throughly enjoyed the Christmas menu dining. I had the prawn cocktail starter and the sauce was the best I’ve ever had! My fiancé really enjoyed the ham terrine. We both had the Turkey and every part of the dinner was flavoursome and cooked to perfection. We then ended with the cheese board with good choices of cheese. Initially, we had checked into the restaurant under my partner’s name and had been seated accordingly. Our reservation couldn’t be found until I realised my mistake and it was in my name! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We were relocated to our table and were well looked after. Overall, the experience was lovely. We will definitely be returned soon!"

"Thought tables would off been spread out more then what thay where, due too corona virus but where less then a metre apart. Not one waiter or waitress was wearing a face shield in there whilst serving food. Only had temperature taken when entering restaurant and hand sanitiser on table, and was sitting next to light fitting that flickered badly so glad I dident have epilepsy or would off had fit with them lights. But other then that food was lovely but more could off been done as didn't feel comfortable eating in there"

"We had breakfast. One of our party wanted poached eggs on toast rather than scrambled eggs. This was not a problem. My husband and I had the vegan breakfast with baked beans. We felt the food could have been warmer and the toast was almost impossible to cut. There are no place mats on the table,I understand this, but that meant the plates tended to slide across the table! There was a service charge automatically added to the bill and I think this is not really acceptable especially as it’s Having said all this as it was part of the eat out to help out it was obviously very good value for money"

"The Sicilian is a handy, family-run restaurant in the seaside town of Deal (Kent) offering delicious food, cheaper eats, from snacks to meals, and some of the best and reasonably priced wine in town. Located just off the High Street, the Restaurant is small (bijou), with additional seating outside for your morning coffee or one of their home-made ices. I dine here once a month, for lunch with friends. We usually each opt for the simple range of Panini to Antipasti Pasta and (collectively) a bottle of their local (Sicilian) wine. Time permitting (priorities) perhaps we’d start with a shared plate of ‘antipasto misto’, cured meats or cheeses, not to forget ‘pane e olive’, a trusted and fine accompaniment to the wine. I have always felt that the judge of a good restaurant is the soup, and have never been disappointed, but various pastas are on offer, the ‘Cannelloni Ricotta a Spinaci’ delighted my friend, the ‘Lasagne’ was among the best I have ever sampled. The baked aubergine with tomato and mozzarella ‘Parmigiana’ is another favourite. There is also a selection of pizza to suite many diverse tastes. Although we have often commented on the lovely deserts and pastries on display, we have yet to take the plunge, but ‘watch this space’ The service is friendly, we feel at home, loving the mix of authentic tastes. At the weekend The Sicilian offers evening dining, the ‘specials’ board giving an extended view of this cuisine from southern Italy."

"came to lunch with my mother after shopping. Welcome to a beautiful young lady. we sat and gave menus, ordered our drinks and looked through the great selection of food. we decided for the lunch card of 2 curses for only £13.95 I ordered the chicken dumplings that I must say were a great choice, such as crispy and tasty and a minute steak with pommes and piti shooting I also had a mushroom sauce. mum had the calamari that was a huge part and she said very crispy and she chose the pan roasted sea bass with bratkartoffeln and butternut quash the workers are very attentive and very well informed about food and drinks. very recommended and we will return"

"Party of six adults dined at Bill’s on a Saturday, luckily we had booked as there was a queue for tables. Not having visited before we were quite looking forward to the menu. We were seated on time and viewed the menus (including a GF menu). There is a small variety of dishes, wouldn’t say it was a vast menu and mainly made up of brunch dishes and main meals. Several of our party had burgers which were fine, the sharing cheese fondue was a big disappointment with leaves, celery. apple and radishes for dipping?!?!? The bread was very hard and at times too hard to even cut or chew., definitely wouldn’t order this again for the cost of the meal it was quite poor value for money. The duck salad was deconstructed and the watermelon had more water than melon, although the duck was tasty. Luckily we had a 20% off voucher as it would have been disappointing to pay the full value for the meals we had. Although the staff were friendly and efficient the food did let the restaurant down and we would therefore not be visiting a Bill’s again."

"We decided to try Bills for a change for our family breakfast on Saturday. The restaurant was busy, but the staff were polite, and the place was clean. While the food was well presented, it wasn't very warm, and we had to request some items that were missing. The tables were quite close together, which made it uncomfortable as the backs of the chairs kept bumping into each other. Overall, I found the experience to be just okay and wouldn't recommend it; there are better dining options in Leeds at a similar price."

"I booked the 3-course set menu for three people using The Fork for a very special occasion and was very disappointed with service. While I was paying the waiter (a young boy with long hair) refused to include our discount on the set menu, making us loose around fifteen euros. He said that the restaurant did not have any promotion related to The Fork even after I proved to him that I have a booking code and showed him my booking confirmation. I was very humiliated and sad. Never again. If someone else is using the discount, be aware they might not accept it."

"There are some places that just serve as magnets for your attention. The Orange Tree in Totteridge does that to me. I mean what kind of Florida girl living in London doesn’t fancy a trip to a gastropub called The Orange Tree? The decor and ambiance is comfortable and cheery. I especially wanted to eat at The Orange Tree because I love the Arkley and The Freemasons Arms. They’re all owned by the same company. The menu at all three is virtually the same. Mr. Sunny and I popped in The Orange Tree a few weeks ago mid-day on a Tuesday. The weather was gorgeous. We sipped on Prosecco and beer. The gastropub is located a distance from the road. This makes it extra enjoyable and fun when there’s sunshine. This past Saturday, the ambiance was very different. It’s a good thing we arrived in a cab with my Sunny-in-laws. The car park was mobbed. That beautiful spacious road in the picture above was lined with cars on both sides. Good thing I took all my interior pictures the first time I visited! My Sunny-mummy-in-law and I are big bubbly fans, so we shared a bottle of Prosecco. The boys bought beer. It was San Miguel again for Mr. Sunny. His dad had a Doombar. We were proud of ourselves for booking a table. Actually, all the credit goes to my clever mummy-in-law. Despite the crowds, they sat us as soon as we were ready. Mr. Sunny ordered Smoked Cornish Sardine Fillets. I went for my go-to-non-carb-delight, Caprese Salad. Mr. Sunny’s mum had the Salt and Pepper Squid. His dad loved the Ham Hock Terrine. You see, he had been excited about ordering it all week. He enjoyed it so much, he skipped a Main course. Not me, Sunny friends. I went big. For realz…the Home-Made West Country Beef Burger. I’m pretty sure I told them to even pack on extra cheese. It was a damn good cheeseburger. Mr. Sunny picked the Rack of Lamb from the Specials menu. He says it was **** lovely! And, my mummy-in-law chose the Sticky Crispy Duck Salad. We had a fabulous afternoon and will definitely be back to enjoy more of their delicious cuisine. Although next time, I’ll probably walk there and home so I can be able to squeeze in to my jeans. Because passing up that fantastic cheeseburger would be a sure way to rain on my parade. The Orange Tree is located at Totteridge Village, London N20 8NX. You can follow them on Twitter to keep informed of their fantastic promotions. I do!"

"Always enjoyed Bill’s but had only ever gone at lunch time. A group of 4 of us booked for dinner on my recommendation. Unfortunately I don’t think my companions were that impressed! The majority of the team were friendly and very busy. An extra guest turned up for our table the restaurant manager (I assume) was very accommodating and was friendly and attentive all night (blonde hair and smiley). However the wait for the food and drinks to be served was far longer than we expected, with one of our guests not receiving her meal until around 10mins after we’d got ours. Our food was OK but not as good as I’ve had at Bills before. The burgers were dry and solid. The lobster and seafood linguine was a red mush. However the calamari starter was perfect! All in all, I’d go back for lunch service but not dinner."

"Had a wonderful meal with my husband, enjoying all three courses which were comfortably timed between. All dishes ordered were delicious, and drinks were made quickly. Special thanks to our server Dominic who was very attentive and friendly, to the extent of challenging bar staff/ management for having a policy of not making classic cocktails either off menu or allowing substitution of ingredients if a brand of liquor/ flavouring isn’t available. Hope there’ll be some flexibility in the mixology in future as several drinks on the menu were unavailable, but we’ll definitely be back again"

"One of my favourite places on the Wirral, I have been going here since it opened years ago and we often have family birthday or special occasion celebrations here. I have never once been disappointed by the food or service which is always excellent and remarkably good value. The menu is extensive and regularly updated and they have a great selection for Gluten Freeers. The outside area is perfect for lunch or a cocktail and snack in the summer and I notice they are now offering Tapas style small dishes and a light lunch menu."

"Food was amazing, we both really enjoyed our meals. Service was quick. We had starters and mains in just over an hour. We didn’t feel rushed at all though, we were just quite quick at deciding and the food arrived quickly too. We left almost straight away after eating. They’ve ruined the atmosphere a bit by trying to fit in too many tables. We felt like we were basically dining at the same table as another party which we found a bit uncomfortable. We probably won’t go again as for the price we can go somewhere with a better atmosphere and still have good food. but we would still recommend as some people don’t seem to mind as much."

"Unsure of timings due to a meeting in Gloucester so turned up at 1.25pm for lunch. Waitress Heather was charming and we decided to eat in due to the hot weather outside and were pleased to find inside airconditioned . She warned us that there might be a wait due to a lot of people eating both outside and inside but we didn’t feel we had to wait longer than normal for our two course set lunch. The only thing we had to wait for was our drinks. I felt so sorry for the bartender who was rushed off his feet on his own (the queue for the bar was out of the door). We felt that the pub management should have put someone else on as well knowing the weather was set to be a very warm week and more people than usual would turn up, especially at the Barnt Green Inn, where the outside seating is lovely and spacious. Heather kindly went and poured the drinks for us herself even though she was extremely busy too. Our food was delicious. We both had the fish cakes with salad (prepared by chef Izzy) and a cold pudding and it was all superb. A lovely visit and we’ll be back."

"Great location, lovely staff , tasty good and value for money ticks all the boxes. I would definitely recommend, especially for pre or post theatre eating, as it is right next door to the Hippodrome and a lot cheaper than their on site restaurant."

"The food is pretty good. We had the buttermilk chicken burger and the chicken and waffles. The chicken and waffles was two wedges of waffles and two chicken breasts. Not a massive amount of food, but it was tasty. The ranch sauce is not perfectly authentic, but comes close. The food is all a la carte. Fries don't come with anything. We did order the truffle fries. They were alright. The cheese seemed a bit cheap on top and there was no parmesan. So be prepared for that. Drinks seem pricey, so we just had a coke zero. Music was good. And the rooftop setting at Westgate is always nice. Parking will be expensive if you park there."

"And there were things to love: the decor and ambiance, the very friendly staff and the innovative menu…but I didn’t love the food. The menu was a combination of Asian and Middle Eastern inspired food. I wasn’t familiar with many of the ingredients, but the waiter did a wonderful job of explaining them. He recommended the Mercimek Kofte when I explained that I prefer whole food ingredients to something more processed. It looked good but I found it just average. There wasn’t a lot of flavor. My son ordered the Katsu hot dog with fries, and my husband ordered the BBQ Chicken burger with chips. My husband said his was good but nothing spectacular. My son, who’s 11 but eats like an adult, didn’t finish his because it was “weird.” I suspect our high expectations got the best of us."

"Yes the Sunday chicken arrive today and as I cut into it there was blood oozing out, so food poisoning on a plate. When I complained about this, far from a proper apology, I was told that I had just cut into a vein , that they had checked it with a thermometer . Well all I can really say MUSTARD is that you need to replace your chef who obviously cannot see when raw/not properly cooked food is being served clearly your thermometer does not work. DO NOT RECOMEND MUSTARD unless you would like to spend a night in A E.!"

"We ordered two craft beers little fawn. They were good, with a taste of fennel in it. The second time at brickyard, I ordered a beer from Munich. Was really light. I also ordered a buttermilk chicken burger that tasted basic and good. All burgers come with fries. Their trio of beef sliders tastes really good (looks like a mini burger). Lastly, we also ordered their poppadom nachos topped with three chutneys, tastes quite indian but the sauces make the poppadoms go soggy. This pub has a good vibe."
