"not sure what to say, we were thrilled to come and had emails about food requirements, but the email was missed and we were held responsible for that, I think the personal was overly stressed and thus slightly upset. because the reaction we got when we asked what could be done about no vege option was really like an aggressive shut off strange at the end they had a vegetable option, although at the beginning a whole lot of incredible bad service, if it was easily avoided with service backgrounds themselves, we were all just a bit speechless. the food was wonderful when it finally arrived two hours after we had set ourselves first and we laughed about our faulty towers experience."
