"not sure what to say, we were thrilled to come and had emails about food requirements, but the email was missed and we were held responsible for that, I think the personal was overly stressed and thus slightly upset. because the reaction we got when we asked what could be done about no vege option was really like an aggressive shut off strange at the end they had a vegetable option, although at the beginning a whole lot of incredible bad service, if it was easily avoided with service backgrounds themselves, we were all just a bit speechless. the food was wonderful when it finally arrived two hours after we had set ourselves first and we laughed about our faulty towers experience."

This is an excellent restaurant with helpful and professional staff. Thoroughly recommended. I needed a large table for a business meeting, and this was provided.

Food not particularly hot and my risotto was undercooked, Also the service charge is quite high 13.5% which is optional ! However the waitress did take the whole lot! Not impressed!

We had a lovely evening with friends. Food really delicious and well presented. Service a bit patchy but appreciate this is a challenging problem in hospitality at the moment. Good value for what is offered.

The staff had read my note regarding our special occasion and were very responsive to it. They were delightful. The food was delicious and just the right amount. My one issue was with the toilets. Sadly both urinals were blocked they had put up an apologies notice and the stairs back up into the restaurant had clearly not been swept for a few days. Such a shame for a lovely restaurant
