"I have frequented this restaurant many times in the past, but recently I have noticed a decline in quality. I decided to give them one last chance and ordered an extra large portion of Donner meat and chips. Unfortunately, I was once again disappointed. The amount of Donner meat was minimal, probably only about 10% of the dish. Essentially, I paid £7 for mostly chips. The prices have also increased significantly, while the portion sizes have become unreasonably small. This will be my final visit to this establishment."

"Ordered a chefs special (Asian style) pizza however I received some random pizza with donner on it. Even the donner was raw and did not taste right so had to bin it. Very disappointed as was looking forward to a decent pizza. Ordered few times before and it was good however was really badly let down this time. Won't be ordering again for sure. Their pizzas are pricey but still can't get the order right."

"The first time we went as a family and we were really impressed! Not least by our waiter, Robert, who was absolutely fantastic. He made space for us indoors (as it was quite chilly outside) by cleverly rearranging some tables without us having to ask. He was so kind and attentive. He’s a real asset to Valentina’s. "We ordered a selection of small plates to share, including the popular chicken tikka and lamb samosas. The flavors were incredible and the portion sizes were just right for a pre-theatre meal. The highlight of the evening was definitely the chicken biryani, which was fragrant and cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the butter chicken and garlic naan. Overall, our experience at Dabbawal was fantastic and we left feeling satisfied and ready to enjoy the ballet. We will definitely be returning soon."

"The atmosphere here is really pleasant, and the staff are wonderful. The food was just average, so it felt a bit overpriced since it lacked flavor. However, the cocktails were delightful, and the service was excellent. My child didn't eat very much, but the staff kindly provided a container for us to take the leftovers home, which was a nice touch. Despite it being quite busy during our visit, we experienced no delays in service. I would definitely consider coming back."

"This is our local Italian deli, with the restaurant to the rear of the shop. The food is never anything less than wonderful, We've eaten here a lot and never had anything but a great experience. The kids menu is small, but adequate with pasta and pizza on offer and it's possible to tweak the items. The calves liver is my personal favourite, but having eaten most things on the menu at some point, you really can't go wrong here."

"Describing this place as a balti restaurant is misleading, as it actually resembles more of a kebab shop infested with rats. We ordered 3 curries, mixed grills, onion bhajis, and naan breads. Unfortunately, all three curries contained raw chicken, which was in large chunks similar to what you would find on a pizza. The rogan Josh had green peppers and tomato slices that you might expect on a pizza, not in a curry. The mixed grills included hamburger patties and undercooked fried mushrooms. The naan breads were overly greasy and seemed to have been cooked on a flat top stove. The garlic naans had no garlic flavor, just a dated garlic mayo dip. The cheese naan lacked cheese entirely. The food was so oily that it seemed like it was fit for a royalty from Arabian descent. We spent £80 ordering through Just Eat, but received no complimentary poppadoms. We were also asked to pay extra for delivery, and then the delivery driver claimed he couldn't find us and we had to meet him, despite being the only property in our postcode. Overall, this dining experience was extremely disappointing and could likely deter even the most dedicated food enthusiasts."

"Under no circumstances ever trust this place for delivery! I understand that in military circles, there is a phrase to the effect that amatuers talk about tactics: professionals talk about logistics . Perhaps the Cavaliere should reflect on this. They are genuinely capable of producing some of the most amazing Italian food south of Edinburgh (I 'm being serious) but the delivery service is absolutely pathetic (based upon multiple experiences, but tonight took the biscuit). Waited ages after the website told me that my order was on its way and, ended up having a quite awful conversation with a staff member who hung up on me and then I called them back to cancel. To be absolutely fair to them, they did say that if the pizzas were cold, they would remake and redeliver. Unfortunately, having worked briefly in the food service industry, once I complain about food, I walk... forever. Sorry Cavaliere!"

"It was our first time eating at Giovanni’s yesterday after recently moving to Knutsford. And what a treat it was. The waiter could not have been any better and went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely meal. He even bought over a little juice and ice cream for our 2 year old and also a dessert treat for my husband as it was his Birthday. The service was outstanding and the food was just delicious. "Owners need to sort this out. The review is regarding the deli only. I have visited multiple times for drinks and snacks on the go. The drinks are good. But my goodness the customer service is appalling. The staff there are so rude, they need training in customer service. Every time you go in, when you order you feel an inconvenience, they talk amongst themselves even when they are serving you especially when one is sat at the counter eating her lunch of breakfast. there is no eye contact. No friendly good morning or thank you. Just that’s £4.10. Really unprofessional. They don't even take care to remember your order. My partner goes in there multiple times a week and they never remember her order. She orders the same thing at least twice a week. No care or attention.say what you like about Costa and the likes but they remember your order. If it carries on I’ll avoid completely. Lots of other locals have said similar. Shame."

"The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the food was disappointing and the service was slow. We went for a quick lunch during our lunch hour, but ended up waiting 20 minutes just for our drinks, leaving us with only 15 minutes to eat our meal. The menu offers a diverse selection, and my friend's Italian roasted teigcake, called pizza fritta, was very interesting. However, my salad was disappointing with a bland dressing. Overall, we will not be returning to this restaurant."

"I don't normally like leaving bad reviews but this place is def below par. Booked this before attending gig in Hydro, never again. Only menu available was pre concert menu with a starter and main course for £20 however the same options from the a...la carte menu were around five pounds cheaper. They have obviously crammed as many tables as possible into a small space forcing clients to squeeze thru tight spaces and diners constantly having to pull seats in, very uncomfortable. We were sat near the door on a very windy evening and the draught each and every time the door opened was awful. The starters were quite tasty, meatballs and mozzarella options. We then waited around 50 mins for our pizzas as the kitchen appeared to be in meltdown with the waiting staff been"

"We went to this restaurant today with my in-laws to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. The food was fantastic. I had crab tagliatini to die for, my father in law had a mussels starter that was great, and the homemade tiramisus are still, to my taste THE BEST I HAVE EVER TASTED ANYWHERE. The wine was smooth and great. Altogether a totally fantastic meal. The staff were also very helpful, friendly and attentive. A great way to spend our wedding anniversary. Thank you so very much."

"best pizza in london! fantastic pizza in a beautiful rustic restaurant, including sitting outdoors. there is a large selection of pizzas, pasta and main dishes, as well as appetizers and snacks. the teig was thin and crispy, not soggy at all, and the beats were delicious, thin cut, just like a good pizza should be. served with a beautiful free starter of brot and oliven. service was friendly and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable.
