"After booking a table I arrived and there was no table set out for us, it was as if it was an inconvenience. We were provided with a drink and menus, we were not approached once afterwards to ask what we wanted for food or anything. After being sat for more than an hour my year old was getting hungry and bored so wanted to get out of his high chair, we were then asked straight away to pick him up which I get because of COVID but it’s absolutely shocking that we were forgotten about up until that point. Shocking service by the staff and I most definitely wont be returning!"
