"We arrived at the restaurant for our booked special occasion, only to find out that they had no record of our reservation. This resulted in a disappointing experience as we had to wait while they tried to find a suitable table for us. When we were finally seated, we found ourselves at very low seats that were not ideal for enjoying our afternoon tea. Overall, it was a spoiled experience for us."

"I've ordered from here before and usually the food is good enough but this time it was awful. My burger was dry, they gave me a smaller Red Bull than the one I paid for on the menu and to top it all off there was 4-5 black pieces of plastic in the waffle! You'd think this would be a serious matter and I emailed them directly because obviously something was wrong and I didn't want anyone else getting plastic in their food. But over a week later still no reply, they obviously don't care. I ordered through Just Eat and was able to request a refund through the website but with no input or comment from Presko at all. I wouldn't order from here again..."

"Owners need to sort this out. The review is regarding the deli only. I have visited multiple times for drinks and snacks on the go. The drinks are good. But my goodness the customer service is appalling. The staff there are so rude, they need training in customer service. Every time you go in, when you order you feel an inconvenience, they talk amongst themselves even when they are serving you especially when one is sat at the counter eating her lunch of breakfast. there is no eye contact. No friendly good morning or thank you. Just that’s £4.10. Really unprofessional. They don't even take care to remember your order. My partner goes in there multiple times a week and they never remember her order. She orders the same thing at least twice a week. No care or attention.say what you like about Costa and the likes but they remember your order. If it carries on I’ll avoid completely. Lots of other locals have said similar. Shame."

"This place was absolutely amazing. We came for dinner since it looked very inviting from the outside. The staff was very friendly and sat us immediately. Our server asked if we had been there before and when we said no he guided us through the menu and gave us a lot of recommendations. The food was gorgeously plated and had great flavor. My fiancee has a gluten allergy and they went out of their way to show us all the options that would be good for her. After dinner they invited us to come the next day for afternoon tea and said if we made a reservation they would make all gluten free items for my fiancee. We made the reservation and came back for tea the next day. The sandwiches and scones were extremely fresh and the gluten free items they made my fiancee were amazing! Well done and we will be back next time we come to Windsor!"

"0 stars. This was our favourite Mexican restaurant but we ordered food from here and experienced the worst food poisoning we’ve ever had to the point a paramedic had to visit the house. We tried to email to handle this privately but they took no accountability, they only denied that their food was the cause and told us it was wrong to accuse them and they have done an investigation to conclude they couldn’t have given us food poisoning. How can you know this? You don’t have the food we ate to test this if it was contaminated? This was the only food me and my partner shared and half an hour after eating it we felt a bit weird but didn’t think much of it until we woke up throughout the night with stomach cramps and the full effects of food poisoning started the next morning. They even said via email as we had eaten there before how could they have given us food poisoning? That’s not how food poisoning works… all you had to do was take accountability and apologise but you have failed to do so. We will not be visiting or recommending this restaurant again."

"Designed like an American restaurant with a mix of booths and tables but it wasn’t squashed. The waitress was friendly, professional and helpful. The music wasn’t so loud you couldn’t hear each other and you didn’t feel rushed to finish like some places. The food was really good and the portions were sensible. One of our party had a steak which was over done but when mentioned to the waitress she was very apologetic and reduced the bill to compensate. We all had a great time and left very happy with the service and the food on the whole. I would definitely go back just for lunch or dinner with friends."

"We met up as a family get to together, we all had very nice meals and all commented on the great food. The staff were very friendly and made the experience all the better. It was lovely to see they even sung Happy Birthday to me and put candles on a cake !! Will definitely be back."

"We ate dinner at Coast to Coast last night and the management and staff were fantastic and could not have helped more even though they were very busy. The food is always very nice, we probably eat there once every few weeks, I've only ever had one bad meal in probably over 50 visits, even then it was changed immediately. Last night they put the wrong sauce on and it was changed immediately and without question, we got a complimentary drink. Cannot recommend highly enough. The only small groan is that with a change of menu they have taken off my favourite drink, an old fashioned, please bring that back!"

"Dine at Zack’s fairly often so know what to expect. Christmas time so bit busier didn’t seem a problem and staff were bubbly and friendly. There was a mix up with our orders though and two of five of us ended up with wrong type of potatoes. One got replacement pots on the house, I made do with the wedges that I hadn’t ordered. Otherwise fine until the end when the waitress (not the same one who’s served earlier) clearly wanted to get us out so she could go home!"

"I went to this restaurant when my in laws were in town that is their go to place for dining experience in Edinburgh. I was not disappointed. It was a lovely decor and absolutely delicious food They ordered some appetisers and I had a bite of each, which were good. Then we ordered the mains and everyone was delighted. I can only recommend the cannelloni with spinach and ricotta, so delicious The one thing I would say is that we felt a bit pressured to order more drinks or to order appetisers, which I didn't like. "100% the best Mexican food in Southampton. Every filling option is loaded with flavour and the salsa is properly made. The staff are also amazing, so friendly and welcoming; they even go so far as to ring you if something you've ordered via Deliveroo has run out in my case, their cheese dip (which is seriously one of the best dips I've ever had) and they offered to send me a brownie instead. Have I not mentioned their brownies?? The salted caramel filled one will literally blow your mind. Amazing food, amazing flavours, amazing staff, amazing service you won't be disappointed if you eat here."

"We had wanted to try Crepes Cones but it was closed. Insteat, we saw the eye-catching colors of Afters and decided to give it a try, thinking it would be similar to other dessert places we enjoy. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I ordered the Ferrero Rocher waffle and received a stale waffle with chocolate sauce and mixed nuts that seemed like they were leftovers from a bargain bag at the grocery store. The Ferrero Rocher was nowhere to be found. My husband's Very Berry ice cream was overly sweet with a red sauce that was too much for our teeth, although the fresh berries were a highlight. We left £17 poorer and very unsatisfied, with the staff simply telling us that's what we ordered. Save your money and stick to a Solero or Calippo instead."

"We had a lovely meal here. Two adults two kids. Kids menu was decent. Me and my partner had the bang bang chicken to start which was lovely! Both had the fillet cooked medium, sides all really tasty and home made chips and onion rings! The only thing I didn’t like was the guacamole (I know guacamole with steak but I love avocado! it honestly was the most horrible thing so pale in colour and smooth as anything it was clearly out of a bottle and not homemade. But that’s personal choice I guess! I would definitely eat here again the flavour on the steak was unreal!"

"We called ahead yesterday after enjoying a drink, and ended our meal with the delicious bread and butter pudding with custard. My friends had the cheesecake with a unique twist, the scallops, and the lamb kebab. We also discovered the Moroccan mint tea with rose, which is a must-try. "As a typically grumpy individual who rarely leaves reviews, I feel compelled to make an exception for this restaurant. With 45 minutes to spare, we stopped in for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. This was undoubtedly the best English breakfast I have ever had outside of my own home. Each component was prepared with attention to detail, resulting in a meal that exceeded all expectations. The sausages and hollandaise sauce were particularly standout items. The staff displayed warmth and hospitality without being overbearing. Overall, a delightful and unexpected dining experience."

"Table booked in bar were put into the restaurant, table of 2 we were actually there as it was our anniversary as we were married in piperdamn the year before..... we were put beside two bigger tables of families, meal was editable but nothing spectacular, service was appalling, neglected, mains arrived before starters cleared, main finished at left for 15mins before cleared.... very disappointing"
