"Clifton Thai are really consistent and best enjoyed by sticking to authentic Thai dishes rather than the more westernised tempura dishes. The Butterfly King Prawn Tom Yum is just an incredible starter. The stock used in the soup is so packed with flavour, and the king prawns are incredibly succulent. Probably my only criticism is that there’s an odd number of prawns in a soup designed to be shared for two which makes it harder to split given they are “shell on”. The Green Thai curry and chicken cashew dishes were both also great, particularly the former which is packed with flavour and, if you ask for it hot, comes with a great spicy kick. Service is always prompt and polite and make it a very pleasant experience."
