"delivery came with missing objects and everything that came was cold. we were told to the personal that it is “packed” but we are “too far away to be worth sending out replacement. is that okay?” point to us that no, that is not in order, we offered a £5 credit for a future order. we don't want what we paid for. desserts simply lacked and then suddenly said that the “sweet and acidic chicken” doesn’t really come with sweet and acidic sauce it only means dry chicken and rice! that’s strange as they “forget to pack”. our previous order before this, we waited several hours and after the phone they said that they have “no delivery rubers” despite happy ordering. we came to collect it and were told that they could not refund the delivery fee (but at least apologetic about this.) we then put it on another and have another chance. real shame, because in the rule this is our regular farewell. will not come back."
