"where should I start? starts with a phone call (2pm) asking if I still need my table for 2 around 7pm, not really how I booked a table of 3 and confirmed my booking confirmation 3 people. I didn't think a problem was really wrong, but...now they're aware that there are actually 3 people as a confirmation. we should be so happy, we arrive on time at 7 o'clock the host on the writing rushes to his colleague to get her place a chair on the temporary table for 2 (this table has been booked since over 2 weeks) we are placed on a table that can only be described as coffee table that does not fit to eat. the waitress comes then all I can say is that I have never met such an rude waitress, I can suspect that she finds an alternative career, since hospitable is clearly not her field. no person should ever feel at eating, we were sitting for 10 minutes they were asking us 4 times when we were ready to order, we ordered our drinks, as we felt, so rushed into order something, she then asked about our food order, we did not say quite ready for eating again, so she rolled her eyes down and just went and had a good old moan about us to her colleagues. that was that the camels returned for us. we decided to leave the manager we left, she asked us what the problem was and to be honest, she couldn't take care less."

"The quality of the food was good, and the service was satisfactory, although there was a 20-minute delay announced after we placed our orders. Despite the restaurant not appearing overly busy, we assumed the delay was due to our choices. The staff kindly acknowledged my wife's birthday, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, I would return to this restaurant, but I would consider exploring other options first to ensure a good variety of choices for a similar price point."

"I ordered takeaway here for the 1st time was “stupidly” unaware of what the various sauces were called. The man serving was not helpful arrogantly questioned what language I was speaking as I didn’t know the correct sauce names (I am English btw! . I said my partner was French but I was clearly English and speaking it so didn’t understand why he asked that! As we waited for the food outside, he thought I was out of earshot and shouted “learn to speak English”. I went back to challenge him on this disgusting comment and he seemed surprised I had heard and then tried to blag he was making a joke! He was NOT! Just because I’m not upto speed on the official names of his precious sauces, it does not make it acceptable to be so rudely insulted or at least make sure they definitely can’t hear you! Safe to say we won’t be going back. Oh and the food was ****!"

"I chose this restaurant for the area close to Old Trafford and the reviews were good. I had contacted the restaurant and they told me parking was free for customers.Even on match night. After parking my car I was rudely approached by an attendant who insisted I paid £10 to park, I was more than happy to pay but explained that we believed parking was free for customers. This matter was eventually cleared up with the restaurant reception, not the hotel reception. After seating in the restaurant, we were handed the menu, the choice was appauling, burger and chips, chilli and chips,steak and chips,gammon egg and chips.. There had been a change of management only 6 days before our visit. The skeleton staff could only do their best and we waited a long time to be served. We were told by the waitress there was a long wait for food , we decided to stay and wait as the only other option was to go to a local chippy or Tesco for takeaway food. The food was okay, and our visit made pleasant by the waitress who did her very best to make our visit more comfortable. When we returned to the carpark after the match our car was blocked in and we had to wait in the bar till the owner of the offending car returned, no big deal however but it did make our journey home incredibly late. Dispite what I had planned for a special occasion for a friend all going slightly wrong, we still had a good time."

The gyro is always juicy and flavorful, the spanakopita is perfectly flaky, and the baklava is the best I've ever had. But what really sets Aegean apart is their delivery service. I can now satisfy my cravings without even leaving my house, and that is a dangerous convenience for a Greek food addict like me. "since the change of property recently, I have dined twice in this Lebanese restaurant. both paintings, my friends and I enjoyed. decor has an authentic feel. very extensive menu for excellent trips. the personal is most helpful, but a little inexperienced, which in no way makes a pleasant experience. that will certainly improve. also very flexible, for example, there was no objection to me to order a meal to be shared by me and a child. has a large spacious interior dining area, additionally space outside the front for those who want to eat and smoke, or just a break and a zigarette that is protected from the elements when needed. how the dishes are prepared at the order, prepare them to wait, especially when all the appetizers are hot. if some nibbles, such as olives etc. were made available, the waiting time would appear less. because the restaurant has no license, they recommend to bring their own wein or beer with you. however, their unusual taste smoothings etc. are delicious and highly recommended try, regardless of byo. a proposed improvement would be better quality, greater serviettes. I want to visit again in any case!"

"The steak was delicious. The service was a bit slow. I asked for thick steak fries, but only thin fries were available. The salad before the steak was confusing and some of it was brown. The avocado salad had too much lettuce and not enough avocado. The lamb was well-cooked, but I wish there were more lamb options available, such as lamb steak or grilled lamb. I wasn't a fan of the tandoori seasoning on the lamb. The dauphinoise potatoes were not the best. The duck and duck wings were tasty, but the duck was a bit too strong in flavor. Overall, I would consider going back because the restaurant was clean and the service was good, even though it was slow. The aged rib was incredibly delicious. I was hoping for a nice half tomato and a thick creamy peppermint sauce."

"could no longer object to the last review. three of us had a fabulous lunch yesterday. split the wusar 2-3 person plate and we couldn't finish it as it was so generous. tasty eating well cooked in my opinion! also the free starter bread and the dives were very delicious and while you were spicy, it was also very tasteful. beautiful wine with plenty of choice and a good selection of other drinks both alcohol and soft. card payments that are accepted at our visit, and in view of the parking place, it is on a very busy road so no, it is not easy, but it is also on a bus route for several services so easily accessible. would recommend it and will also return itself."

"I haven't been to this restaurant since they changed their menu. The prawn and avocado starter was disappointing as it hardly had any avocado and the Mary sauce was bland. The fries and onion accompaniment to the main course were luke warm (though they were later replaced) and the medium-rare steaks were more rare than expected. It's a shame because the restaurant used to be excellent. The waitress did remove the price of one steak without us having to ask."

"The restaurant sitting arrangement not to our liking, not family friendly. Had to got down some steep steps to get to seating and once there it wasn 't pleasant. The table was sticky and sitting was hard, we almost left but had to try as it was recommended by friends and family. Ordered some homemade gourmet burgers which were nice and tasty, quite average but they weren 't at all gourmet. Had a mixed grill which was ok. Some of the meat was spiced, like Indian spices which doesn 't go well with America style BBQ meats. The loaded fries were good but could 've had more toppings on it. Overall quite average but the prices reflects this."

"It started with us witnessing a waitress providing the worst customer service ever to other customers who were explaining they had been undercharged and wanted to top up the bill(believed it or not !!! She provided no eye contact and was huffing and puffing at them to their faces! Then we move onto our experience. Just to give a bit of a lowdown, me and my husband eat out A LOT, up and down the country due to work, family and friend commitments. We hear good things about somewhere and before you know it there’ll be an excuse to go and try it : We were working close to Southall so thought we’d pop into Steakout Southall. We’ve been to other branches before and not had a problem. Long story short we ordered a mixed grill starter and 2 mains. We asked for the starter to be served first and then our mains I mean come on, how are 2 people going to eat a mixed grill and a large sharing main at the same time without the main getting cold. We end up being served JUST MAINS. A bit confused we asked where the mixed starter was, and that we asked for the starter first then the mains. The waitress holding our mains said she’s have to ask the manger if she can take our mains back and us get our starter first ?! Eventually a manager came to us and tried to say the waitress who took our order was new etc etc (from reading other reviews I think this is a generic line they use! . That was fair enough, so we were waiting on our mixed grill starter, then our Mains after ..... ROUND 2: This time they remember the mixed grill starter but have the old mains in their hands again and try to place these down with the starter. I explained that WE WANTED TO EAT OUR STARTER FIRST, THEN OUR MAINS! I also touched the mains because you could tell they were stone cold and identical to the ones they’d previously bought over. I also informed them of this and got a nervous laugh in response. They finally took the mains away and we made a start in our starters. We just started eating the starter and literally not even a few minutes later the mains came out again ! ROUND 3: The mains come out whilst we’re just making a start on the starter, so neither the main could be enjoyed not the starter because you had to pick from both to avoid the food from getting stone cold! We finally went to the till and the same ‘manager looking man’ asked how our meal was. We once again informed him of the horrendous experience, not that we needed to repeat it because we called/involved him every step of the way! He just laughed in our faces and didn’t offer anything at all in terms of an apology or anything off the bill etc. I have never ever left a bad review at any restaurant before nor asked for a discount or anything like that, but him laughing at our horrendous experience in that restaurant really peed me off, so I kindly asked if he was going to do anything about the bad experience, he once again laughed and said THERE’S NOTHING HE CAN DO. Bearing in mind it’s not about the money but the principle, even an apology would have been enough, or recognition/more interest in the whole experience BUT NO, NOTHING AT ALL, HE JUST FOUND IT FUNNY. IT’S NO WONDER THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE EXPERIENCING SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WITH A MANAGER LIKE THAT YOU CAN’T EXPECT ANYTHING BETTER OF THE STAFF HE IS IN CHARGE OF TRAINING AND BEING A ROLE MODEL FOR. OVERALL A HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE, BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD IN ANY RESTAURANT, FROMHORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, TO THEM TRYING TO PALM OFF COLD FOOD TO US. NO EMPATHY AT ALL FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO JUST WANT A HOT MEAL TO EAT NOT ASKING FOR MUCH. I am very much annoyed as I’m writing this review,but want to assure everyone that whilst at the restaurant we were polite every step of the way because everyone has bad days. However when you’re laughed at out of the door because of your horrendous experience that’s just unacceptable, and I’m in shock really, I have never ever experienced this anywhere else and like I’ve previously mentioned, we eat out A LOT. This is the first review I’m ever writing, because I was taught: if you have nothing good to say, don’t say anything at all. But the experience here was the worst I’ve ever had so I was left with no choice."

The waitress outside the front (we were seated in the patio/outside section) was really friendly and helpful. I ordered a starter portion of prawn tacos and the way in was prepared was not what I was expecting (not due to the kitchen's fault, just my expectation). I mentioned this to the waitress and I guess the manager (not 100% sure who the man was that I spoke to) and they kindly altered the dish for me so that I could enjoy it more!
