"where should I start? starts with a phone call (2pm) asking if I still need my table for 2 around 7pm, not really how I booked a table of 3 and confirmed my booking confirmation 3 people. I didn't think a problem was really wrong, but...now they're aware that there are actually 3 people as a confirmation. we should be so happy, we arrive on time at 7 o'clock the host on the writing rushes to his colleague to get her place a chair on the temporary table for 2 (this table has been booked since over 2 weeks) we are placed on a table that can only be described as coffee table that does not fit to eat. the waitress comes then all I can say is that I have never met such an rude waitress, I can suspect that she finds an alternative career, since hospitable is clearly not her field. no person should ever feel at eating, we were sitting for 10 minutes they were asking us 4 times when we were ready to order, we ordered our drinks, as we felt, so rushed into order something, she then asked about our food order, we did not say quite ready for eating again, so she rolled her eyes down and just went and had a good old moan about us to her colleagues. that was that the camels returned for us. we decided to leave the manager we left, she asked us what the problem was and to be honest, she couldn't take care less."

"The quality of the food was good, and the service was satisfactory, although there was a 20-minute delay announced after we placed our orders. Despite the restaurant not appearing overly busy, we assumed the delay was due to our choices. The staff kindly acknowledged my wife's birthday, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, I would return to this restaurant, but I would consider exploring other options first to ensure a good variety of choices for a similar price point."

"I ordered takeaway here for the 1st time was “stupidly” unaware of what the various sauces were called. The man serving was not helpful arrogantly questioned what language I was speaking as I didn’t know the correct sauce names (I am English btw! . I said my partner was French but I was clearly English and speaking it so didn’t understand why he asked that! As we waited for the food outside, he thought I was out of earshot and shouted “learn to speak English”. I went back to challenge him on this disgusting comment and he seemed surprised I had heard and then tried to blag he was making a joke! He was NOT! Just because I’m not upto speed on the official names of his precious sauces, it does not make it acceptable to be so rudely insulted or at least make sure they definitely can’t hear you! Safe to say we won’t be going back. Oh and the food was ****!"

"I have to say I'm really not impressed with my experience at this restaurant. We sat down at the table and was waiting 10 minutes and no one came and asked did we want a drink. In the end my partner ended up getting up himself to order our drinks and wait for them. We then waited a further 10 minutes for our order to be taken. We had been in the restaurant around 45 minutes and was just in to our starter meal. When our main food came my partners meal didn't come with the chips it said it did on the menu so we had to ask for them. While we was eating our main my partner had to make a trip to the bar again because the 1 waiter that was on shift all night didn't ask us once did we need another drink. Overall experience was very poor only 2 members of staff on the floor one of them was a receptionist, if you are understaffed you need to be aware of how many people you have booked at the hotel and realise you could get busy, agent staff was quite obviously needed on this occasion. There was around 7 or 8 other tables and everyone was complaining about the service. We can't all be wrong I'm afraid. Didn't even bother having desert as we over heard the waiter telling another table that 3 of them wasn't even available which is not good enough in my opinion. Coming away from the restaurant we checked our receipt to work out what we had from the menu doesn't add up to what we have been charged for, we have been overcharged which has ruined any idea of even contemplating returning in the future. Having already paid for breakfast we had to return in the morning but they didn't make up at all, not good value for money and the choice of how you would like your egg is stated on the menu, I asked the 1 waiter again if I could have scrambled egg he returned saying it wasn't possible. To then over hear another person requesting scrambled egg in which they got. Appalled at how we was treated and would recommend to no one."

"Their flavors are authentic and bold, and every dish I've tried has been nothing short of amazing. The gyro is always juicy and flavorful, the spanakopita is perfectly flaky, and the baklava is the best I've ever had. But what really sets Aegean apart is their delivery service. I can now satisfy my cravings without even leaving my house, and that is a dangerous convenience for a Greek food addict like me. If you're a fan of Greek food, do yourself a favor and order from Aegean. You won't be disappointed."

"since the change of property recently, I have dined twice in this Lebanese restaurant. both paintings, my friends and I enjoyed. decor has an authentic feel. very extensive menu for excellent trips. the personal is most helpful, but a little inexperienced, which in no way makes a pleasant experience. that will certainly improve. also very flexible, for example, there was no objection to me to order a meal to be shared by me and a child. has a large spacious interior dining area, additionally space outside the front for those who want to eat and smoke, or just a break and a zigarette that is protected from the elements when needed. how the dishes are prepared at the order, prepare them to wait, especially when all the appetizers are hot. if some nibbles, such as olives etc. were made available, the waiting time would appear less. because the restaurant has no license, they recommend to bring their own wein or beer with you. however, their unusual taste smoothings etc. are delicious and highly recommended try, regardless of byo. a proposed improvement would be better quality, greater serviettes. I want to visit again in any case!"

"The steak was delicious. The service was a bit slow. I asked for thick steak fries, but only thin fries were available. The salad before the steak was confusing and some of it was brown. The avocado salad had too much lettuce and not enough avocado. The lamb was well-cooked, but I wish there were more lamb options available, such as lamb steak or grilled lamb. I wasn't a fan of the tandoori seasoning on the lamb. The dauphinoise potatoes were not the best. The duck and duck wings were tasty, but the duck was a bit too strong in flavor. Overall, I would consider going back because the restaurant was clean and the service was good, even though it was slow. The aged rib was incredibly delicious. I was hoping for a nice half tomato and a thick creamy peppermint sauce."

"We have visited this restaurant over possibly 35 years since we moved to the location, although not for some time now. We booked, thinking it would be busy, but we were the only people in there. The food was, however, very good, and we managed to talk to the chef server, reminiscing about past years. We suggested that we may return one evening, but he said that being alone in the restaurant was like private dining. I tend to agree with him, and we will return sooner rather than later."

"If I were to make a comparison between the Wusar restaurant and the Lona restaurant, I would prefer Lona. It is my personal opinion and I explain why: At the level of cleanliness in Wusar I would give 8 points out of 10 and Lona 7 points out of 10. The price for the same menu at Lona is 50 percent cheaper and the level of cooking is better and tastier . One difference would be the fact that if you go with friends and want to serve a beer or other alcoholic drinks you can only do it at Wusar because Lona does not serve alcoholic drinks. I recently made this visit with my children and I kept their opinion in this way. I emphasize it is my personal opinion. Success for the Wusar restaurant in the future in serving customers and improving the quality of the rating. Thank you."

"Me and my friend went for dinner last Monday,the waiter was so far not interested to do his job,or he might not know how to do it,He just damp my cuttleries on the table when there was a table napkin for this purpose.We both had prawns as a main and garlic bread which was amazing, and cannolo so called siciliano(but only the shape would remind you of that) which was soggy an tasteless,and trust me I know what I'm saying about cannolo being sicilian.Later my husband join us and he ordered spaghetti carbonara which was made with bacon,no black pepper....and again his cuttleries was damped on the table without even being wiped after we had dinner and was some sauces .When we asked for the bill they told me they can't give me a printed bill,just an old fashioned hand written bill on 2024.I gave the 3 stars o ly for the amazing prawns and garlic bread taste,nothing else."

However, the prices were decent, with lunch options starting from £3.90. Overall, the restaurant exceeded expectations and I would return in the future.
