"The service was terrible, staff ignoring you at the till and leave you standing there waiting. Then have a conversation about which one was going to serve you and the other walking off thinking you can’t hear them, finally when they felt like they had to serve you. They went and did something else for a deliveroo order after asking. They wasn’t listening to your order when speaking them, Couldn’t help when asking the differences as they didn’t know what was in it and looked at you blankly. Another customer, when waiting for my order asked for a cup of water and the disapproval look for asking was rude. If you don’t want to work in a customer facing business, don’t it’s simple. But sort yourself out KFC. Worst experience I’ve ever had in your branches."

"Went through drive through and ordered a bargain bucket and specifically requested thighs and drumsticks as family is a bit fussy about it. Weve been parked up as they were waiting for chicken to cook and when food finally arrived annoyingly in a whole bucket was 1 drumstick, 1 wing, 1 breast and 3 pieces of ribs with small part of a wing. On top of that all pieces were much more than signature crispy, they were burned and even after scraping off the burned parts food was VERY salty, so perhaps a chamge of oil may be ideal. Very much not happy with food."

I felt that my eating happened and my partner started pulling a short hair out of his mouth. as hungry when he left it, after a further month. begins to knock the joyfulness of a long black hair that has made its way into its mouth and its throat has done! we have contacted with the restaurant after this presentation and said that our foods were not checked before leaving the restaurant, as in the workers' words: “We are busy so that we can’t check everything” in the food industry itself by law should be checked before leaving a kitchen! we were offered where we substitute food, but understandably we were no longer hungry and asked for a refund and said that we would return this has been denied and then said that this could not happen and we must keep the withdrawal vaders! this is sand practice and I will never go back to this restaurant!"
