"Visited today with my family th December and everything was stone cold took it back and was told by a staff member called Maria that we had been sat there for minutes when on our receipt we had just got our food and...only been sat down for minutes we showed a staff member called angel and she was amazing but the other staff member was rude no customer service skills wanted to argue when all we wanted was hot food. Asked for it to be changed and said she couldn’t change the burger she could only microwave it ! Now for someone like myself I work in customer service and retail .. and wouldn’t dare speak to anyone the way she spoke to me and my partner calling us liars even though the other staff member even agreed with us and she came over to apologise when it wasn’t her thought. But yet Maria failed to even give any sympathy or a apology.. feel sorry for the staff if she can talk to customers this way.. the poor girl apologised on behalf of this person acting. Manager requested a phone number a refused to give it to me, in the end just asked for my money back .. will not visit this establishment again and hope they retrain there staff especially someone who’s acting as a manger!"

I have just turned veggie this year. I know it is a chicken restaurant but there was only a rice or salad bowl as a veggie option.

Came in for a quick lunch, however whilst the chicken looked all right the queues were to big for a quick lunch. I believe it was caused by lots of tourists who were unable to use machines, may have been a language issue.

My two teenage daughters and their friends all got food poisoning after eating at this restaurant branch in the afternoon. The next morning, all three were vomiting and experiencing symptoms. It was not a coincidence, in my opinion, that they were contaminated.

Had been to a wash out cricket game at St.Lawrence Grd,called in to get few bits of southern fried chicken. There was just one customer in the shop,so service was very quick the guy who served us was friendly and helpful ordered food and left...restaurant. We had dodged the thunder and lightning and rain and got a taxicab back to Hotel. Food was all ok cooked well. View menu

We got KFC as a treat for a Saturday night in, we should not have bothered as the peice bucket had that must have fell off a micro bird and the thighs were so small that the birds that they had come from...should be embarrassed to own up to being the owners of them. The food is not worth it and I would say spend your money on better grub than this next time we certainly will.

I don't know where to start with the so-called manager. unbelievably rude very dismayed his attitude stinking. Actually, I don't want to be hard, but getting hard is not a suitable word to use. seriously, he needs a good training. in the surrounding with people. I think kfc should be ashamed of having people like him on the brunch without his behavior being known. how expensive they treat curator as they think it is right.

delivery order (covid) ordered a classic chicken burger and a bargain. delivery service excellent but candid I can not say the same for eating. the chicken in the burger was over boiled, hard and dry- the chicken coating, the kfc are so famous. for had no taste at all and so crisp because it was overcooked. the chicken in the bargain was no longer much better over boiled and coating dry and crispy unfortunately this is not the first time that we have experienced rubbish food at this kfc, but we thought we would give them another try but again very disappointed. we will not be getting back View menu

We came to this restaurant with our kids for the first time as a special treat. I was very impressed with our experience. Both my husband and I had the rice boxes, which were absolutely fantastic. I appreciated that they came with a salad and the option of chicken or vegetables for those who are vegetarian. Our kids each had a kids' meal and both really enjoyed them. I was surprised by the variety of choices available at KFC, and especially pleased to find a lunch option that felt relatively healthy in terms of calories. It was also great that the kids' meals could come with a yogurt. Our youngest child even said, "This is much better than McDonald's!" and that's all the approval we needed.

I am so shocked that the so-called managers have the opportunity to do it!. they talk to young workers there like a total mist and sorry, but seem quite rude especially for those a young English girl who works there!. the owner. this branch should be ashamed as it runs and must make a massive iron fast!. I have done my research to find the owner is called darren, but not in the position to get contact data or would be directly contact with him!. gabby is the worst of them, actually not manager level at all!. store is a chaos that eat together is beaten place is a avoidance to all cost!. really hope these reviews look like and if you feel to contact me, I will be more than happy to fill them...

"After never visiting Canterbury before we where looking for somewhere to have a late lunch, we came across this place which looked ok, upon entering the back room we were offered to take a seat in the front area and someone will be with us. We asked what food there was and we where sarcastically shown the food on the blackboard, after choosing what we wanted the polite man went off and put the order in. We did feel that because the man had asked a couple of questions to another member of staff that he was spoke down too a bit. Anyway after placing the order and what we wanted the food came out it wasn’t correct but because it seemed like we were going to interrupt the people in the back room we just took what we had. It was nice food though. When we went to pay we hadn’t noticed that there wasn’t a price list so when we asked for the bill we were told that it was donation, what we thought was enough, it wasn’t posted anywhere and it took us by surprise as we where standing at the till, I was going to pay in cash but was told they don’t take cash so I had to give my donation in card by telling the person how much we where donating. After plucking a figure out of air as we wasn’t prepared we paid and left. Upon leaving we felt that the person we paid thought we hadn’t paid enough and wasn’t happy with the amount but after working out what we would have paid properly we worked out that we had paid more than what it might have been if there was a proper price on everything. Overall it has a great ethos and it’s great for giving people the experience that they need to be in a working environment but they need to show the price or tell customers first that it’s donations and card only."
