"Avoid this KFC at all costs, if I had read the reviews before dining I never would have dined at this branch. If I could I would give it zero stars. I dined here on the 10th of December after work. I wasn't very hungry so my partner finished off my meal for me. Both of us were woken up with terrible poisoning, vomiting the works. When I went to get pharmacy supplies the next day to treat the symptoms, the pharmacist and their assistant from pharmacy across the road told me they had contracted food poisoning from there earlier in the week. Avoid this franchise at all costs. This episode has cost my partner and I a loss of three days work as freelancers. Angry does not describe my feelings at the moment. Have reported to Food Standards Authority. KFC needs to shut this store down and do an overhaul of their food safety training."

"Normally I give the workers the benefit of the doubt but this time service was shocking in drive through. I stopped at intercom and could not get understood. Two people were absolutely stupid. I simply orderer a fillet salad box and Kansas bbq bites. Eventually I drove to hatch and they still were mixed up. Vastly overcharging me. They at last copped on I ordered a one piece fillet salad box with free drink,not a rice box. And bbq bites box. They tried to charge more than the outside menu stated. At last I paid them in total frustration. On to the meal. The bbq bites were the size of their popcorn with 4 pieces only. Disgraceful value at £1.99. The salad box I opened was covered in a disgusting dressing not shown on board and not ordered. Chicken cold,salad poor. Terrible meal and not worth the six quid plus charged. A kebab or fish would far out weigh and fill you up. Staff not usual Filipinos really stupid. Horrible experience."

"The service was terrible, staff ignoring you at the till and leave you standing there waiting. Then have a conversation about which one was going to serve you and the other walking off thinking you can’t hear them, finally when they felt like they had to serve you. They went and did something else for a deliveroo order after asking. They wasn’t listening to your order when speaking them, Couldn’t help when asking the differences as they didn’t know what was in it and looked at you blankly. Another customer, when waiting for my order asked for a cup of water and the disapproval look for asking was rude. If you don’t want to work in a customer facing business, don’t it’s simple. But sort yourself out KFC. Worst experience I’ve ever had in your branches."

"Visited today with my family th December and everything was stone cold took it back and was told by a staff member called Maria that we had been sat there for minutes when on our receipt we had just got our food and...only been sat down for minutes we showed a staff member called angel and she was amazing but the other staff member was rude no customer service skills wanted to argue when all we wanted was hot food. Asked for it to be changed and said she couldn’t change the burger she could only microwave it ! Now for someone like myself I work in customer service and retail .. and wouldn’t dare speak to anyone the way she spoke to me and my partner calling us liars even though the other staff member even agreed with us and she came over to apologise when it wasn’t her thought. But yet Maria failed to even give any sympathy or a apology.. feel sorry for the staff if she can talk to customers this way.. the poor girl apologised on behalf of this person acting. Manager requested a phone number a refused to give it to me, in the end just asked for my money back .. will not visit this establishment again and hope they retrain there staff especially someone who’s acting as a manger!"

"2nd visit to this KFC drive thru at this site and yet again the order was supplied wrong. Order 10 piece wicked variety bucket for family and got a 6 piece. I'm sure they work on you being 5 miles away before you find out and believe you won't bother to drive back. My wife did, this time, and had long disagreement with manager before he would replace order with correct item even though she had receipt. I suggest you always check what they give you at the drive thru or expect what Leo Getts says in Lethal Weapon 2 they always you at the drive thru"

"We went to order a takeaway inside ordering the meal was easy. While waiting part of a gentleman's meal was cold informed the staff no sorry about that. Left him waiting at the counter while the rest of his meal got cold . Our meal the fries where wrong instead of putting the bag on the hot top they left it on the side . I had to ask them to keep it warm. The staff need to be trained in customer service, everything seems to be to much trouble. The chicken is greasy not drained properly. If staff are approachable and friendly sometimes you can forget the little mistakes."
