"I was charged for a soup that my party did not order at this restaurant. Due to some confusion on the bill, I did not notice when I paid. I appreciate their honesty in informing me afterwards, but the only compensation offered was a free drink at their bar. I explained that I do not live in London and requested a refund of £14 instead. I did not receive any reply."
