"As a vegetarian, I carefully review menu options before making a reservation. I was delighted to see my favorite pasta dish (pea and shallot) on the online menu, but disappointed to find out it was no longer available. Despite this, the food we ordered was outstanding, although it was served very quickly. While our first experience at this restaurant was perfect, this visit left me feeling slightly disappointed and undervalued as a customer.
I appreciate the effort made to improve our experience, but it fell a bit short. Despite this, I will still consider returning in the future and hope for an experience similar to our first visit. Thank you."
