"As a longtime customer of Mexico 70, I am disappointed to leave a negative review. The Taco menu has been reduced to only 6 options, with no consideration for vegan choices. The loaded fries are no longer available, replaced by bland and dry tatertots. Overall, it was a big letdown. Unfortunately, change is not always for the better. The service was satisfactory, with a rating of 5 out of 10. The atmosphere was decent, with a rating of 4 out of 10. The cost per person for dinner was between £20-30."

"My wife and I (for Valentine's day evening) recently visited Vegan Revelation, and it was indeed a revelation! Absolutely outstanding food! Not just outstanding vegan food, outstanding food full stop! Everything about this place is sustainable, even down to the metal straws we were provided for our water (really nice touch). The décor and ambiance are unequivocally right to set the scene for a wonderful evening of vegan eating. Last but certainly not least, the service. The service was second to none! Real passion for what they do, and care and attention to the guests they have dining! We are about 40 minutes drive away, but will deffinately be making that trip as regularly as we can to enjoy what is (to date) one of the very BEST vegan cafe/restaurants we've had the pleasure of frequenting. Keep up the great work Vegan Revelation! "

"Great food, staff are knowledgeable about vegan stuff, felt in good hands! Cauliflower bites are not vegan as made with an egg based batter, I was looking forward to getting them as I read another review with them; but they are not vegan. But the staff are totally clear! We got jackfruit tacos, spicy veg tacos, and the chimichanga which ohhh my god was my favourite. The fries that came with it are delicious!! Got a peach and passionfruit margarita which was gorgeous, and my husband got a no jito that he loved!! 40 quid for it all. They're super dog friendly too, our dog was happy and made very welcome : Updated from previous review on 2022 06 12"
