Mixed-style bathroom were immaculately clean and the server was welcoming, casual and definitiw helped with the comfortable, unthreatening feeling of the restaurant. Eating here is freshly prepared and absolutely beautiful with choices galore of some of the best Thai dishes they can her hands in leeds. for the price, less than £10 for the lunch deal with appetizer, porn and a soft drink, they would be hard pressed to find a larger and tasty option anywhere near this price point. many great vegetarian options and the intake of nutritional requirements, food to order. 2 choices of the beer, but also bring their own alcohol and a great selection of soft drinks make this a fun and lively place to take a group or just yourself. new unity same great energy and taste as the jino’s I love. try this place immediately they will love it : ."

"I was looking forward to eating in. I took my twins with me. We order beef soup and prawns with noodles. Absolutely not what I expected. Raw prawns came. My boy asked me if the prawns are meant to pink when cooked. Seriously a disgrace to the chef. Soup was beef cube not homemade broth. Seriously train your staff, front of house server was not bother about it. As he lost all interest. Never again not even if it was free."

"I called on Thursday 04.08.2016 in Thai-Tanik to try the tofu, as recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. Instead, I'm just sorry I didn't try to eat this little one before. for the lunchtime, while the mid-week this takeaway (which has a few tables for sit-ins) was quiet, without doubt because there are summertime and related students and workers are gone on vacation. Nevertheless, as I also, there were a few other diners there and I think Thai-Tanic would be extremely busy when the holiday season ends as eating was fantastic. I ordered green Thai sweet curry with tofu, plus a side of coconut rice. together with a bottle of mineral water it cost me around £7.50, which was a lunch special. amazing value for this quality. my dish was cooked in an open kitchen, from fresh, and served cake hot in a generous part. aromen were immense and spicy great that strong, delicious flavor that lets her nase run, not yet exaggerates finer aromen. perfect. I enjoyed every mortal and will definitely be back for more. all the elements on the menu have a sweet / tofu option that is fabulous to see, so vegetarians have an excellent choice to choose from. Thai-tanic also have delivery service available Thursday to Sunday, offer catering for events and guide Thai cooking classes. Top brands for tasty eating, friendly service and relaxed, unpretentious ambiente. a wonderful little nude."

"Booked this restaurant for my Birthday meal before a concert in Old Street. Interesting place with unusual decor. Strange service too as not sure that English was native to the greeter. The cocktails are nice but overly sweet. The food is very good actually but traditional Thai, not modern. Reminds me of Thai food from the 90s. When you have the likes of Busaba these days, it's hard to go backwards and eat old school Thai food. Had a 20% discount applied and found the bill still very expensive for the type of restaurant. Portions were big so had loads of left overs. Very strange place but not good and not bad. Couldn't recommend to a friend as I only recommend very good places and this was pretty average. Having said that, it's not disappointing."

"I received a very warm welcome upon entering the restaurant. Ordering was simple with a numbered menu where you write down the number of portions you want next to each item. For my starter, I had pork spare ribs with vegetables in a delicious homemade sauce that made the meat fall off the bone. The dish felt light and satisfying. For my main course, I enjoyed a mild beef curry with vegetables and another delectable sauce, along with coconut rice. I savored the curry first and then mixed the remaining sauce with the rice, creating a delightful combination. You can bring your own drinks and have them chilled in the restaurant's fridge. The restaurant was very clean and tidy, and I must mention the unique Dr. Who Tardis restroom."

"The Thai food at this restaurant is fantastic and authentic. The service was very fast and the staff were very friendly. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. "Wasn't sure what to expect as I've heard mixed reviews about this place including a past hygiene issue. However, the service was incredibly friendly and the server always smiled. The food was really nice, seemed very authentic and the starters were especially good. The drinks selection wasn't great but it's a small venue so I guess this is to be expected. We went in on a groupon offer but this didn't affect the service they offered. Will be back here again"

"On the quest for the best Thai in Edinburgh, we continued with a trip to thai orchid. The menu looked a lot more varied than others, and it's in a great spot just behind the castle. I opted for the prawns wrapped in an egg parcel, which was light and full of flavour. It came with a delicious sweet chilli dip. Then I had the monkfish red curry. The curry itself was delicious and not too hot. As there was 4 of us, we got rice to share and the portion we got was more than enough, I managed seconds to soak up more of that tasty sauce!
