"Not the force it was. What was the top Camberley Chinese restaurant. Has now become nothing more than a cafe with overpriced food and drink. Dynasty was literally luxurious top-notch food. Gone are the days of plush seating now replaced with wooden tables and chairs. £9 for a Singapore fried rice that would hardly feed 2 people. The other dishes at £8 a pop I've disappointing at best. Not even a portion of prawn crackers Such a shame that it's reached this poor level. No disrespect to the service. The waiter was attentive and friendly. Totally let down by the overpriced poor quality food. If you're going to have a takeaway you're probably better off going next door to Mac wok away."

"Great, in fact fantastic food. The restaurant had a very casual and relaxing feel to it, which I liked. The decor is a bit cheesy but that's the nature of the beast. Apart from us there were over 20 other patrons, all Chinese. Obviously you feel reassured of food quality if actual Chinese people are frequenting the restaurant and having a good time. If I had to picky, I'd say the main waiter, with the ear ring!, needs to cheer up a little. At least look like you enjoy the job mate...."

"This restaurant is popular with wealthy people in the area because it has been around for a long time. It hails from the era of traditional Chinese restaurants and sort of kept up to date by having a slightly modern decor. However this lack of change but with new materials has given it a nostalgic following. The food is good, but oily and sugary like Chinese food used to be before people became more health conscious. Sadly years ago I would have given this 5 stars, but it has fallen behind. Most of all it now has 3 stars because some of the junior staff can be apathetic, disinterested and most of all a bit vicious which is not conducive to the prices they charge. Having come here for so long, I take no pleasure in writing this review. This place will continue due to it's very long period of built up patronage, but eventually, at this rate, even if it takes many years, it will be used up. It was the bordering on offensiveness of a couple of staff that prompted me to write this and has sadly made this place loose my very long standing goodwill."

"The restaurant is lovely, but our experience was disappointing. There were 6 of us and the food was not good. The lamb kebabs and lamb chops were tough and unpleasant to eat. The service was also poor, with the waiter only attending to us when called. After paying a high price for poorly cooked food, we decided to never eat at hotels again. We had much better meals at other local restaurants such as Sawil and Marie Venna."

"Have been here several times and always go for the evening buffet. Which you can do at lunch or dinner time. It £29.99 a person but you can eat, as much as you like. The portions are small which is great as it means you can have lots of different things rather than the masses they give you when you order a take away. Service is always good, food hot and delicious. Really recommend. "My wife and I ate at Fratello's when we stayed at the Hilton Hotel. We booked a table for 7pm and when we arrived we could see that the restaurant was very busy, we waited a couple of minutes before being shown to our table. We thought we would be waiting a while to be served, but low and behold the service that we had was fantastic, our drink and food orders were taken within five minutes of us sitting down and we didn't have to wait long before the food was served. Everything about the night was great and our thanks go out to the staff that looked after us."

"we had a great evening in their restaurant! we came in without booking, and there were 8 of us at one of the evenings. the spicy margaret was just one of the best cocktails we need to order most. the cocktails taste fabulous! one of my friends has several allergens. it is not good to eat, and most of the food she cannot eat. a blonde lady took our job, and I told her I had several allergens. an Asian lady knows my allergens. she went beyond and beyond to make sure I had something to eat. she almost makes me cry because she cares about my allergens. thanks for a fabulous evening. the Asian dame and all the workers make our evening just as good as her. We will be back for more cocktails. we love this place and you are the best!"

"When we arrived I was really pleased as all the tables had tablecloths and cloth napkins. We ordered poppadoms and prickles which were nice, and I ordered a Thai chicken curry and my nephew ordered a vegetable curry along vegetable noodles. When the curries arrived they looked exactly the same, and I think they were. The one I was given didn’t have any chicken in it, so went back to kitchen. When my dish returned it looked entirely different, and it had chicken in it, but it also had aubergine which I am allergic to. I had to pick the aubergine out. We didn’t have the experience I was hoping for, it was very disappointing. There were only two other people in the restaurant so it wasn’t busy, goodness knows how they managed to get my meal so wrong."

"After several successful visits over the last year or so, tonight was a disappointment and bordering on poor rather than average, so I am being generous with 3 stars. The food was tasty enough and the wine very drinkable. When we arrived the restaurant was full and despite reserving a table well in advance, we were given what must have been the worst table in the place. If it wasn't for the fact that we were hungry and were on a time limit we would have walked. The table was next to the toilet, opposite a store cupboard, had a view of a rubbish bin and was also next to the washing up room with clattering dishes all night. Service was surly to say the least, one waitress was OK the other was rude, dismissive and clearly didn't want to be there. Sadly, the overall experience tonight means that we won't return and will look next time towards Clapham Junction where we know there are some Thai restaurants that actually want your custom. I seriously considered removing the added automatic 12.5% service charge from the bill but couldn't be bothered with the hassle so just paid up and left. Disappointing in the extreme!"

"This place is AMAZING. Such a hidden gem. In two minds about reviewing because I don't want this place to get too popular and then we can't just rock up and get a table... We went last week for a Saturday lunch to treat ourselves and felt super safe and spaced out from the others. It was a rainy day so it wasn't busy which was ideal for us! We ordered lots of different things including the vegetable tempura, spring rolls, veggie gyoza, vegan tofu lunch bowl special, and duck pancakes. I'm vegan but my husband isn't and my veggie food was incredible literally the best veg tempura I've ever eaten and I have tried that dish from every restaurant imaginable, so it's the highest of compliments. Their smoothie was delicious and my husband enjoyed the floral tea he ordered I can't wait to come back with my friends!! The service was lovely, the value for money even better and my mouth is watering just thinking about the food I had there. Thanks so much Itto <3"

"COELIAC We ordered a takeaway on route to the New Forest for our holiday. I found this gem from reccomendations from social media after lots of coeliac said they do a Gluten free menu and treat allergies very seriously. We ordered so much food as I took advantage of not having had a chinese in sooooooo long but this was SO GOOD and generally one of the best Chinese’s I have ever had. (Please get the Singapore noodles salt and chilli chicken they were to die for!!!!! We had our campervan and they even let us sit and eat our takeaway in the van in the carpark. "I passed by a display board outside this restaurant which showed inter alia a plate of mango sticky rice one of my favourites I was intrigued also by the fact that there was no shop front just a door leading to the downstairs restaurant. I ordered a plate of spicy aubergine, which was good and then the desired mango sticky rice. The mango was like turnip and I complained to the waiter. He admitted that that was all they had in terms of mangos. He was taking the plate away when, not liking to see things go to waste, I said I could eat some of the sticky rice with its coconut sauce and the plate was returned with that part on it. When the bill came I couldn 't believe that, instead of being charged about £8 for the mango sticky rice I was charged about £6 for the rice! I complained again and this charge was removed from the bill. When I returned home and retailed this story to my wife she reminded me that we had in fact dined at this restaurant pre Covid and had such a poor meal that we had vowed never to go there again!"

"On the positive side, the food was excellent; both the taste and portion sizes were great. We ended up ordering too much and had to take some home. My favorite dish was the green curry, while my wife loved the Massaman curry. Everything looked appealing as well. Our waitress, Ele, was attentive to our dietary needs regarding vegan options. She provided us with the allergen menu and, despite it listing crustaceans and eggs, she prepared the vegan curries from scratch without those ingredients, as well as the pineapple meat without eggs. However, we did experience a bit of a wait at the end for the bill, as the layout of the restaurant made it difficult for Ele to see us unless she was in our section. It was also quite busy, which wasn't the most relaxing environment for my father. While we understand that Saturday nights can be hectic, this did impact our overall experience. We were surprised to see that the bill included a service fee, as we initially thought it was a gratuity. We've since learned that it was a tax. Next time we visit, we'll make sure to leave a tip for Ele. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely return. I would highly recommend this restaurant!"

"so we went to the pfeffer tree, as it was late and there were not many alternatives. I would read here, they did something vegan eating and true enough they do. I probably ate the same as any other vegan who's ever in there: dim-sum, vegetable-stirring-bean and kokosreis. It was okay, not amazing, but okay. I've tied some sweet stuff and I remember a review here that said the cocos rice and mango sorbet was vegan. I asked the waitress and she went away to check and confirm it was. she also mentioned the pancake, but I was stuck with the tear. the desert came and I thought nothing of it and tried the ‘writing’, which proved to be a burned pancake. then I tried the sorbet who proved to be a tagel eis! I complained, but I really don't think she thought it was a big thing! I recommend to avoid this place to all."
