"Initially shown to a table near to an outside door despite the booked reservation. It had to be made up for us although other central tables were available. Requested to move which we did but why place us there as though our booking had been forgotten? Otherwise an enjoyable meal with friendly, attentive service."

"We frequent this restaurant often. This week, the fish and chips were excellent and the sea bass was delicious. Both dishes were served piping hot. However, some of my medallions were cold and there was a skin on the sauce. I returned the dish and spoke to the Manager, who explained that the food was cooked to the proper temperature but had sat on the pass for too long."

"It was a very convenient location for us for a pre performance dinner at 5:30 on our way to the Middle Temple Hall. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were the only diners in the place for our first half hour and they accommodated our preference to have the Muzak played more quietly a rare treat in this noisy world. The food was good, the portions plentiful. My only small complaint was that the broccoli side portion arrived pretty cold and without the garlic it was advertised as having. But it still complimented my spaghetti carbonara, which was a true Italian dish."

"Attended a corporate lunch in the small private dining area to the rear of the Diciannove restaurant on the ground floor. Lunch items had to be pre-selected from a short menu which is understandable to assist the kitchen and avoid lengthy delays. For the starter,...I chose Pasta with crab 6 supplement) which arrived as a congealed mess of very thin spaghetti and slightly off-tasting white crab meat surely this was not fresh? Main course was Rib-eye steak 6 supplement) with chips and my request for medium rare had been ignored! Too difficult to make a fuss as a guest and send it back but that was my inclination. I declined any dessert as my appetite had disappeared at this very ordinary establishment. One further problem is that the restaurant has no immediate toilet facilities. These are located on the Lower Ground Floor and is some distance away. Not rushing back to this one. Definitely below par for an IHG hotel."

"Came here for a Sunday roast. Overall we enjoyed our meal here. £20 for two courses was much better value than most places. The starters we ordered arancini and calamari were tasty and well sized. We ordered the beef and pork roasts. Serving size was very good. Lots to enjoy on the plate. The beef was very good, had a delicious taste and cooked just right. The trimmings were all cooked well, although would have preferred the potatoes more crispy. Gravy was a bit thin too. Cauliflower cheese was delicious, very rich and cheesy. The Yorkshire puddings also very well done. Service was good. Atmosphere somewhat lacking due to a very quiet day. But it didn’t take anything from the experience. Happy to recommend and we will be returning."

"we've been here before, but I'm this one. we waited for drinks, there was a 'short' of mayo, so we 're given 2-3 bags at a time, between two children and two adults. Before the appetizers arrived, I had to take my baby out to sleep. while the appetizers came, no offered to keep it warm in the kitchen etc. so my man was not happy. will not go back. in our local pub our children often get a full pizza with a child's dinner. here they have a piece! the server were polite, but only very slow. they asked if we were done, we answered no, as children still eat, and they began to delete until my man said we were not finished! we had both steaks, not steak knives. just no good experience."

"The food was good but……. Service was awful, ordered wine and it was basically dumped at the bottom of our table not even the top taken off ! Pizza was good also the burger, was a chore for the waitress to get us any sauces. When we had finished we were asked can I take your plates, No can I offer you a dessert, coffee nothing. After 20 mins we got up and had to ask for our bill at the main desk, again a chore for the member of staff to have to get our bill.what a shame as it could be a very high rating place to eat."

"I made a reservation for a table for 8 people for lunch on June 16th, only to arrive and be informed that Fratelli's does not serve food at lunchtime on Sundays. We were very frustrated as we had traveled for an hour to reach the restaurant, with two separate groups coming from different directions to celebrate Father's Day. Your booking system made a significant error. Although the venue offered bar meals, it was not what we had in mind. We had to quickly make alternative plans, as we did not want to be disappointed. I took the initiative to book through Open Table and received a confirmation email, so I am very upset. I recommend that you ensure your system is regularly checked and updated. I will not be using your booking system in the future."

"We were passing by and were intrigued when we saw this restaurant, so we decided to turn around and stop here instead. We tried the cullen skink, which was absolutely fantastic. It was the best we had during our trip to Scotland. The house-made sourdough bread was delicious, and the fish and chips were the best we've had in Scotland. The addition of citrus and dill in the batter for the fish really elevated the dish. We noticed that the fish and chips were less salty here compared to the states, but that was easily remedied on our own. The onion rings were cooked perfectly and are a must-try if you're in the Inverness area, which isn't too far away - just a short car ride."

"Firstly done judge a book by the cover. Outside looks a bit unkept and not many cars were parked. But walked through the doors and how lovely it was a warm welcome by the host. We had a table booked and was shown to it no menu just what’s on the board, good choice of starters (but not for me) which I must say not their fault. Three meats to chose from as it was Sunday Beef (local) ham and lamb, fresh veggies and the most delicious cauliflower cheese I have ever had. Puddings also good. Was asked if we had everything and if we needed anything else host and chef absolutely lovely could not do enough. Do not hesitate to go we would go back no questions asked."

"It was my 65th Birthday and I booked this specific restaurant as I’ve been a few times before, the restaurant is situated in the argyle suite which overlooks Ibrox Stadium, when I arrived I was sent to a different restaurant because they were renovating the restaurant I booked, there was a limited menu, which there was nothing on it I wanted, so I was very disappointed, apparently I was supposed to get a message that the restaurant was closed, but I didn’t, the waitress was very apologetic and offered me a drink on the house, but I just wanted to leave, I then had to go into the town centre to find somewhere else to dine, but it really put a dampener on my birthday, I was excited and had it plastered all over social media that I was going to Ibrox, and I was too embarrassed to say that I left with no meal, also, I live 25 miles away from Ibrox, so I made a big effort to get there, not even an apology from them. "I planned to celebrate my 65th Birthday at this restaurant that I have visited a few times before. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the restaurant I had booked was under renovation and I was directed to a different one with a limited menu that did not appeal to me. Despite the waitress' apologetic offer of a complimentary drink, I was disappointed and opted to leave. I had to find another dining option in the town center, which dampened my birthday celebration. I had been looking forward to dining at the restaurant that overlooks Ibrox Stadium and had even shared my excitement on social media. It was embarrassing to admit that I left without a meal. I live 25 miles away from Ibrox and had made a substantial effort to get there, but did not receive an apology from the restaurant. Mary."

"I can't stop thinking about the incredible taste of the food! I had to go back with my wife and her friend, and they felt the same way—absolutely delicious! The dessert was simply heavenly! - RAP MASTER RICKY"
