"I ordered her dessert special. the amount was fair enough, but I'm sorry a dessert shop can't make a perfect caffeine. there was a caffeine with loads of earthy and banan on it certainly I say again that the amount was good enough for people to enjoy, but yes my care is waffel! the caffeine should be crusty and crispy from outside when they chew it, the inner should melt in its mouth. it should be so soft. what I got was a very gum-like caffeine. very elastic very rubbery. some of the bananas were muddy, they should be discarded. I'm disappointed. I really wish they worked on their caffeine recipe."

"I entered the restaurant and noticed that the staff were not wearing masks, despite signs on the door requiring them to do so. When I approached the counter to place my order, the guy working there was on the phone. After waiting for a minute or two, he finally finished his call and asked for my order. Just as I began to speak, the phone rang again and he answered it, taking an order over the phone before attending to me. It took several minutes before he hung up and took my order, showing no signs of apology or gratitude."

He at no point asked if we wanted more coffee or cleared the plates (which are cheap plastic until asked to clear When I paid the bill I removed the service charge and the waitron Lucky had ti audacity to ask why I was removing the tip! I explained and then he still didn’t even apologise for his terrible service ! Give this place a miss if you are in the neighbourhood"

"eating in caffe tartine was simply amazing. the portions were all cooked for perfection and of plentiful size. they were prepared and served in good time, especially considering that they are cooked clearly by scratches, as the quality is so good. the deserts were just as good as the most important courses and fit clearly to the restaurants French inspiration. the staff are very friendly and were more than helpful so that our party sits at a table near some cans so that we are able to load our phones. the resturant also has a dog friendly winter garden that allows people to bring their songs into them (provided they are good behavior.) if this place was local for me, then I would certainly be a more regular, offered the amazing price and the outstanding quality of the food."

"I have visited this restaurant a few times, but unfortunately, the food is not of good quality. The processed chicken burgers lack flavor and have a strange texture when eaten. "Amazing food, all of it was hot even after the ride home. The mozzarella dippers were delicious and stringy. I had the chicken fillet supper and that was very yummy, was also seasoned which I've never seen a chip shop do before but was very nicely surprised. Then my partner, who originally wasn't going to have anything, asked if they did any sort of fish without batter/breading and the owner who seemed very passionate about his food made something for him which he said tasted amazing and was something special that he makes occasionally. The owner was also very friendly, outgoing and super positive. We're hoping that next time we go in we'll be able to ask if they can make it again as usually my partner doesn't like much from chippers as they always have batter/breading. So we were pleasantly surprised when they made something off-menu for us. I'm also rather picky about chippers as I like certain things but everything about this place was great and we will definitely be regulars here!"

"Just a small local café... Yeah right! Arrived as a group of 4 plus a 2 year old. Cafe very busy. Staff found us seats very fast and addad a child 's seat. The staff were very fast, rushing aroud. But not too fast as to be dangerous. Our order was taken in good time. And cthe food came out fast and was bery tasty, men 's toilets were clean and fresh. The bill was easy to pay, and attitude of the staff was very welcoming. Tables more suited to one or two persons but a family like ours the table was 'tight ' but I wouldn 't hesitate to return again."

"Unfortunately, I was hoping to give Redworth Hall 5*, however, my room was not up to scratch and the food served as a wedding breakfast was cold and mine was bland. However, praise where praise is due, a meal served the day prior to the wedding was excellent, was hot and presented very well. Rooms: Our room was cold with a radiator that did not work. Our bathroom was also far from clean. Noteworthy details: The manager did accept the complaints made and did try his utmost to rectify them. I would try the hotel again, but inexperienced staff need training to resolve problems instead of just a sorry."

"I am seeking compensation from your liability insurance for a theft that occurred in your café on 11/11/2022. The theft resulted in a total loss of £2,100 for me. This includes £1,550 that was fraudulently spent on my S bank card, £50 cash from my Prada wallet (which cost £500), and the remaining 50% refunded by my bank and S store. I believe that your café’s lack of CCTV in a busy tourist area known for theft and pickpocketing in Central London left me vulnerable to this incident. Additionally, your staff did not assist in providing evidence to the police, which could have helped apprehend the criminals. I was left alone on the ground floor with no staff present, allowing two thieves to victimize me physically, emotionally, and psychologically. It was only through the kindness of other customers who gifted me £50 that I was not left stranded without a way to get home. I request reimbursement for my losses from your liability insurance, as I believe your café bears some responsibility for this situation."

"excellent tapas and paella. would tendido cuatro, parsons green recommend! the service was very good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. this is now our favorite restaurant in front of location. we had a selection of 'classic tapas' that were delicious followed by seafood paella, which was also just perfect! we all agreed that the total costs were not so expensive for such a good meal and will definitely go back there."

"Nice champagne and cheese, friendly service, but as I have a wheat allergy I was disappointed they weren’t better with wheat-free bread or crackers. The first waiter I asked gave me a flat ‘no’ without checking, the second checked on her own initiative and they had one leftover crust of a sliced wheat-free loaf so I had that plus some salad. It’s really easy to just keep a pack of gluten-free oatcakes in the kitchen or a sliced loaf to toast in the freezer.. They have an excellent selection of champagnes, and very good cheese and charcuterie, though."

"Was looking forward to eating at Carluccio's but sadly the set menu advertised on the website wasn't available, and had been replaced with an Easter Special which actually worked out more expensive for two courses than just buying the same from the a la carte menu. The food was adequate, but when I ordered the sweet the bread pudding wasn't available, my second choice the limoncello tart also wasn't available. To be honest, when I discovered the set menu wasn't available I was tempted to leave, but as the only choice would have been the stupidly busy food court I decided to stay. Actually, now I wish I had just gone home. The service was good though,, so no complaint there."
