"Wow the staff made us wait a lot today. Waited a while for water that all tables got on arrival, then a while for our order to be taken. The drinks took so long the table who arrived some time after us got their drinks first so we had to ask where ours were. Took another long while for the food, which was underwhelming. We had the Scottish Beef Burger. It was very dry. We were offered sauces and I said yes, but they only brought us a tiny amount, enough for one of us only even though we both had the burger. The fries came salted tough if you don't like or can't eat salt. The rolls for the burgers were also dry, so in combo with the dry burgers, not a great experience. Only two toilet cubicles in the ladies. One had no loo paper and a broken lock. The floor was wet and my mother slipped on it. Hardly any room to move or close the toilet doors. Toilet seat was broken. Then we had to wait a long time for the bill while the same table mentioned above got their bill handed to them immediately after their plates were removed. Disappointing, underwhelming, will not be back!"
