"I visit Subway regularly but this visit was bad. There was only 3 of us in the que (1 of the 3 was paying so only 2 waiting) yet it took over 15 minutes for me to be served, they were too busy with phone or online orders. I felt like I was wearing Harry Potter’s invisibility cook as no one even acknowledged I was there, they didn’t lift their head once while they slowly made up the collection orders. At times the 2 staff whom were out front both toddled off through the back leaving no staff to be seen and me just standing there being ignored. When I was finally served the lettuce on display was brown so I asked if they had fresh. The girl had a quick look in the fridge behind her then said no. The girl who put my order through the till, a supervisor or manager I believe, told me there would be no fresh lettuce in until Wednesday this was not even 12pm Tuesday !!"
