"The host greeted us rather curtly, informing us the restaurant was fully booked and that we could expect a wait of an hour to an hour and a half—even though the restaurant was only half full at the time. We experienced a significant delay in receiving our cutlery, despite asking multiple times over the course of an hour. On a positive note, our waiter Steve was excellent; he handled the stressful situation with grace and even offered us a discount. He remained cheerful, polite, and helpful despite clearly being under a lot of pressure. Overall, while the service was okay, Steve's recovery of the situation made for a more positive experience."
