"Service terrible was told we had come at a bad time as it was staff change over. 4.30 on a Sunday afternoon pre booked and the restaurant was dead, in fact apart from some very drunk people at the bar we were the only ones in there. Offerd 1 drink throughout our whole visit, table left uncleared, service very slow never even came to ask if our food was ok. Eaten here several times, never experienced this. Bit of a cheek to add service charge to the bill when it was so poor hence we declined to pay this charge."

"Instant service as we were first in for dinner. Eventually 3 other table became occupied so very little business being done. Food was very good, however baulked at having any bread at £6.50 per portion, so nothing to mop up the sauce had to request a spoon for this task. Toilets and passage down to them were decidedly tatty with scuffed walls and doors, not what you would expect for a west end restaurant charging those prices. Also I have never liked establishments that decide how much tip (12.5% they are going to charge you on top of high end prices, makes eating out even more expensive."
