"the best restaurant I was already a dae in bristol. (as I said I had eaten for 2 days at wetherspoon) by joking, this steakhouse is near the st. nichola's market. very easy to find, only climb the st nicholas steps and it is just ahead of them. cozy atmosphere, most tables are for 2 people, there is a series of round tables for larger parties. but do not drink at the bar. 2 in 1 drink and food card, many choices. friendly, attentive staff, offers help in choosing steak drinks. I went for an 8oz ribeye steak in medium rare with fries and an additional part spinat and mushroom. I had the home brauhand beer, which is very refreshing with a hauch of zitrus y. the most juicy and tenderest steak I had lately. great texture, melt in the mouth. the mix of spinach and mushroom sauce is amazing and should consider to supplement the sauce. it's very good with the steak. around the evening I decided to make the chocolate and banana cake. it was a good choice, because the cake texture is exactly right, not too dense. it didn't clog me and the sweet one is well controlled. all in all a great meal, the only small disappointment was that the beer was listed as 3/4 pint on the menu, with my slight decay of concentration, I rose up to sell in a full pint and the total cost for the meal went over the touchless limit."
