"The pizza at this restaurant is delicious and better than Domino's. I find Domino's pizza to be too rich and it makes me feel slightly sick after eating. I really enjoyed the direct pizza and the delivery was incredibly fast! The only issue was that the pizza was a bit cold, but a quick blast in the oven fixed that."

"I had an amazing experience dining at this restaurant, where the freshly cooked food is incredibly affordable. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions! On my first visit, I ordered the banaberry pancakes, which come topped with banana, mixed berries, strawberry cream, whipped cream, and syrup. I was blown away by the quantity and variety of toppings in the stack! My friend opted for the chocoberry indulgence crepes, filled with nuts, strawberries, chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and a mix of chocolate and strawberry flavors. She loved it as well. I can’t wait to return and try more dishes!"

"Came especially for the vegan menu (I’m vegetarian as I heard good things about it. Drove from Lisburn all the way to Parkgate and had 2 very enjoyable nights. First night I had the cauliflower popcorn (bit too salty for my liking and the sweet potato roulade (amazing! . My husband had the soup of the day (very nice and the risotto (little bit stodgy, looked as if cooked too quick . For dessert I had the apple/berry crumble which was very nice and husband had sticky toffee (also gorgeous! . Decaf oat latte’s at the end sealed the deal. Just delighted to be able to order a good decaf coffee! Next evening returned with a friend. I had the salted chilli stir fry (verrry salty, but that’s what it says on the tin and the cauliflower pie. The pie was a bit of a let down. The gravy was overbearing, essentially, the whole dish tasted of gravy. I would have preferred to get it in a dish on the side (like with the roulade to add the amount I prefer myself. Same desserts again this evening, both again very nice. Service was ok, young girls mainly and you could tell some were a bit inexperienced but that really didn’t impact us. Food came out super quick! I will def be back, altho I won’t be ordering the pie again and I hope next time I will be able to try the “scallops” as they were sold out both nights (sat 6pm and sun 7.30pm and they just sounded amazing! If your hesitating to go for the vegan menu, don’t!! It’s the best vegan offering I have encountered to date. I really hope they keep it up."

"Me and my partner woke up in need of some good food to fuel us through the day. We love to try new places and we saw that la gioconda was only a 10 minute drive from us. We fancied a good traditional Italian meal. Let me start by saying they surpassed every expectation we had before we even knew it. Ergina the host and server was with us every step of the way serving not only great customer service, but the best vibes, and big smiles. Now the food. UNREAL. Being vegetarian they had plenty of options and I went for the veggie pizza which had my mouth watering from the flavour explosion and perfect dough. My partner went for the classic carbonara, when being served the dish the chef let us know it would be the best carbonara we have ever tasted. Let me just say…..HE DID NOT LIE!!! From the authentic ingredients and immaculate decor and environment we left with full belly’s and smiles on both our faces. Thank you to the chef, to amazing Erzina and to this gem of a restaurant in Hornsey, you guys have made our week! They say it’s the best pizza in town and that is only the start of the truth. Will definitely be returning and recommending, thank you thank you thank you"

"They have a huge variety of food selections, from hot dogs to breakfast wraps to vegan cake. We had only 3 days in Birmingham and we went back there every day we were there to try something different. I really liked their ice cream and the warm toasts. The ambiance is nice Ps. When the place gets busy during the prime hours, quality of service and the food decreases tremendously, which was a disappointment. Also the toilets are for binary folks and only the female wc has the diaper change unit. Those kind of things gets me down especially in vegan cafes. They also serve dairy milk if requested for some weird reason."

"500 Degrees - Brixton is a fantastic new addition to Fardale Road. I finally had the chance to visit last night and wasn’t disappointed. The quality of the pizza ranks among the best wood-fired pizzas I’ve had, alongside places like Franco Manca and Pizza Pilgrims, but at a much more affordable price. The classic pizza was absolutely delicious, the menu offered a great variety, and the staff were attentive and friendly. I truly hope this place thrives. Recently, the Brixton end of Fardale Road has seen a bit of a revival, with some major businesses opening, and in my opinion, this spot is leading the way. You won’t be disappointed."

"From booking to payment, an all-round good experience. There is free direct access from the free public car-park behind although there is also free parking in the street outside if available. The request for a table in a quieter area (if there is one) so we can hold a conversation, was listened to and we were pleased to be away from the busy centre. Waiting staff were friendly and service was impeccable with just the right degree of attentiveness at all the right times. The food was delightful both in taste and presentation and the portions very generous. We had to take some home! We will definitely be going back as there is a lot more on the menu we want to try and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening there."

"Visited at happy hour....the staff are super friendly, I ordered the potato skins, onion rose and Texas 2step. I think the happy hour portions may be slightly smaller compared to the pics in reviews.....but for this I am glad as there was more than enough and good value for money. 1st off the onion rose.....how can onion taste this good??! One of the tastiest things ive ate in a while. The ribs and chicken came out, the ribs were delicious and tender.....I thought I wouldn't eat the chicken goujons as was already full...but they surprised me how nice they were so ended up eating them all. All round great meal, definitely recommend."

"I first went to la pernella in 1996, from the moment I went into what was called alberto’s at that time, I fell in love with the place. I would go early in the morning for an amazing veggie breakfast and think nothing of going to dinner with my family when I live in bromley lol. the pizza is fantastic, my two girls thought it was amazing when the pizza came on their own little table. I have brought all my family and many of my eaters over the years to this wonderful pizzeria and each one has caught up with it. they love this place, eating elena, mariano and the personal and still very miss and love my good friend alberto. garrett lanes best little gem."

"Very clean, spacious room with comfy bed, all the facilities we’d needed. We went there for one of my friend’s 40th I mentioned that after the booking and asked if possible to get a lake view room. They put a kind birthday note aswell in the room on our arrival which was very sweet. The staff from the staff at the bar&restaurant to the reception) was exceptional, kind and polite, went above and beyond the expectations to make us feel comfortable, any minor issues was resolved very professionally and on the spot. We had an extremely pleasant stay here and I will definitely go back with my partner for a spa weekend aswell we didn’t have time for the treatment with my friend this time) all in all was a great stay"

"great price ratio and the food taste like I have been transported to a little osteria somewhere in rom. the environment is very cozy and informal and not very busy. there were Italian families there that tell me that eating is actually real (we all know how Italians with foods are really demanding, but if a restaurant serves Italian cuisine and it has Italian customers, then it is the real ding safe! it is amazing how even a simple brunette can taste so good! extra points for the carbonara!"

"The restaurant was very loud and the doors were closed upstairs on a hot evening. Personally, I prefer sitting outside in the fresh air, but when we sat downstairs, there were people vaping everywhere. I have a serious reaction to vaping and couldn't stay. In the restroom, there were plug-in air fresheners, which can be a major cause of breathing problems as they emit higher concentrations of carcinogens than chain smoking. The main chemical in these air fresheners is formaldehyde, which is harmful. The staff worked very hard, and I have total respect for them, but I urge the restaurant to research the harmful effects of scented candles and plug-in air fresheners, as they can be surprising."

"New York City. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this little pizza joint in the heart of the city served up some of the best pizza I've had in a long time.
