"the food tasted good, had arrived hot and on time. not complaining. I felt, however, that the person I spoke to on the phone had no customer knowledge. I asked for a substitution, and the answer was a quick no, it doesn't come as that I reacted to that I am aware, but I'm requesting a substitution of the same value; not a complete part of something else. what is the problem if you make this type of change exactly? but that was answered with a simple ok, this time, but not next time and when I asked again why the one problem was essentially the person not to wake up and hang up. overall not the best ordering experience. it would have been good to receive a reasonable answer, in particular one that proves that they take care of what their customers want."
