"31st august 2021: to go worcester city center was a joy, but when we approached the lunch hour, both my friend and I wanted a nice English breakfast with good coffee. he remembered that poppins really do well all day breakfast and finally we found it....and my friend is supposed to be from worcester. haha he could have found it faster than my favourite has shaken for some good ol correct English fry up or a large traditional English breakfast! what a delicious breakfast and poppins is a real gem. real traditional caffe as it should be and no wonder that it was really busy and full. kaan managed to find us a table near the kitchen and it was perfect. the berths of real English breakfast have paid attention to us and we could not wait to get our breakfast! and wow, it was delicious or what, yes? thanks kaan for their friendly welcome and service and the amazing English breakfast as it should be. very recommend this caffe and that is how to be a real traditional caffe! we will definitely be back when in and around worcester city center again!"

"Come here everytime we come blackpool. 2-3 times a year. Got the meal deal. 2x pizzas, garlic bread chips and a drink. 19.90 paid online so 15%discount. Happy days. Went to collect and seen the chicken shwarma looking banging. Have some of that. Charged me £6quid for a tray of it. Small tray at that. Would of been cheaper to get it as a kebab. My fault should of checked what they was going to charge first. Asked for 4 shady little tubs of sauce. Tried charging me 2quid. Asked him to remove them. Food though was tasty. Garlic bread not the best"

"an amazing location in an amazing location. the restaurant has seating in the inside area as well as an outside area with heating and the seating over the lake and the trees. eating is delicious; varied and suitable for carnivores and vegetarians. I recommend the lamb cuts that were perfectly cooked. the personal is polite and accommodating and has provided my dessert as a birthday surprise with a special touch. I would come back and recommend this place for friends, families and couples to try great food."

"I can't give anything less than 5 stars! After having no luck with our delivery address on popular third-party apps, we contacted this restaurant directly. The staff was very helpful in advising us on the best offer available. The delivery time was faster than quoted, and the delivery person was very friendly. The food was piping hot and they even included some cups for our drinks! Amazing service from beginning to end."

"Visited here after our tour of the stadium, we had already pre booked and paid online when booking our time slot for the tour which was easy to do. There was a set menu and a supplement for extras and just paid for drinks, we had the klopp dog and chicken burger, wings for starter and ice cream for dessert. The portion sizes were good and the food itself was very tasty, when my chicken burger first came the edges looked v burnt, I think it was just the type of chicken most tastiest and not dry at all! It was very busy and we had a nice lunch with friendly staff."

"The service at this restaurant was very poor. The staff seemed inexperienced and unorganized. During peak hours, they should have had extra staff on hand, but that was not the case. It took over 2 hours for our food to arrive, which was unacceptable. I even tried calling to inquire about our order, but didn't receive a satisfactory response."

"First visit, while visiting the area, specifically to see a football match. Had pre-booked a table and was allocated a booth with our own screen, giving an uninterrupted view of the game. We didn't eat so can't comment on the food although the menu looked tempting. The beer was good though. Friendly staff and good atmosphere made for an enjoyable visit. Pity our team lost the football game."

"I have been a patron of this restaurant for 5 years now. Most of the staff are friendly, but one staff member in particular stands out from the crowd - his name is Simon. Simon always greets me with a smile and sometimes even gives me a warm hug, making me feel very welcome. Sometimes I am indecisive about what to order, but Simon always guides me in the right direction and helps me choose from the diverse selection of food. I highly recommend trying his sausage with a touch of chili sauce. If you are looking for great food and enjoy engaging in lively discussions about politics, then Panchos is the place to go. "preordered my lunch on Sunday with uber east app to be delivered to my work on Monday evening. purley bcs I can't find the time to sit on my phone and watch the menus and restaurants when I work. they delivered it on Sunday when I didn't work and let it know I wasn't there. no contact with me, someone from work has reported me so I knew they brought the food. I called bambinos to tell them that I ordered this for Monday. the man on the phone started shouting at me and telling me why I'm going to order for the next day, he said I can only order a day I want to eat! he called why they don't order tomorrow if they want it tomorrow!? I told him because I can and ended the conversation. canceled order on the app and got my money back. you lost. they should learn to read better."

"When I ordered my food, the man told me loudly: “Can you hurry up and decide, I am really busy.” He was very rude to me, so I decided not to purchase anything from there. The restaurant does not even cook their chicken wings properly, they put them through a pizza oven and they come from a package. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Instead, I suggest going to Sam's Fish and Chips down the road."
