"First visit, while visiting the area, specifically to see a football match. Had pre-booked a table and was allocated a booth with our own screen, giving an uninterrupted view of the game. We didn't eat so can't comment on the food although the menu looked tempting. The beer was good though. Friendly staff and good atmosphere made for an enjoyable visit. Pity our team lost the football game."

The staff was very helpful in advising us on the best offer available. The delivery time was faster than quoted, and the delivery person was very friendly. "preordered my lunch on Sunday with uber east app to be delivered to my work on Monday evening. purley bcs I can't find the time to sit on my phone and watch the menus and restaurants when I work. they delivered it on Sunday when I didn't work and let it know I wasn't there. no contact with me, someone from work has reported me so I knew they brought the food. I called bambinos to tell them that I ordered this for Monday. the man on the phone started shouting at me and telling me why I'm going to order for the next day, he said I can only order a day I want to eat! he called why they don't order tomorrow if they want it tomorrow!? I told him because I can and ended the conversation. canceled order on the app and got my money back. you lost. they should learn to read better."

"Ordered 2 fish, 2 chips and a sausage two hours before it eventually arrived. Hardly a difficult order. No apology from driver. No apology from restaurant after phoning 2 3 times the woman at the restaurant said our order was ‘en route and would be seconds’ 15 minutes later, nothing. 25 minutes later, nothing. Rang to get a refund after, when 2 hours had surpassed, the food was cold and inedible, and got extreme animosity down the phone and ignorance. Told me to contact Uber directly, who, in themselves, are quite difficult. Aggressive tone throughout, seems to be a common theme there. Still, no apology Twice we’ve ordered from here now and been left with a poor taste in our mouths. Would avoid completely. Poor service, poor quality, poor timing. Poor everything. I could go on, but the poor people over there might have a bullying claim against me lined up."

"for the first time the employees visited very attentive and polite. service was very efficient. the prices seemed very reasonable. I had tried to find some information before I went about whether they were child-friendly and could not see anything! so they had a high chair and offered my children coloring pencils and paper, but there are no children's menu (my children are 2 and 3) so would not eat or appreciate an adult meal, to the happiness they were happy to bring an additional teller for my children to make an adult pornstar, but not much on the menu suitable for them."

"When I ordered my food, the man told me loudly: “Can you hurry up and decide, I am really busy.” He was very rude to me, so I decided not to purchase anything from there. The restaurant does not even cook their chicken wings properly, they put them through a pizza oven and they come from a package. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Instead, I suggest going to Sam's Fish and Chips down the road."

"I came to the breakfast yesterday and it was perhaps the best decision I made during my trip to Edinburgh. the owner (jonathan) was very nice and warm and welcomed me to the restaurant and gave me the drain on the Scottish breakfast. I had a little fear to try the haggis and black pudding, but everything was delicious! jonathan said they had the best heggis in the city and he didn't lie. the meal was warm and tasty and the perfect fuel for a long and cold day of remembrance, and more than that it gave me a taste of the Scottish hospitality! You have to come here at least once, but hopefully more, in your life!"

"I would give this restaurant no stars, if possible, or even negative stars. We placed our order using their app, which did not allow us to make any modifications. Our order arrived after an hour and 20 minutes, despite being told it would only be a one-hour wait. The pizza was flavorless, the burger meal deal did not come with the drink or chips, and the burger itself was described by my boyfriend as tasting like "seasoned cardboard" - horrendously bland. My mom's chicken kebab only had three pieces of chicken in the entire pita. My dad had to go pick up the missing chips himself because the delivery driver was unavailable."
