"I ordered a sub and a salad through Uber Eats. The salad was missing items and poorly assembled, and one of the items was missing altogether. When I called the restaurant, I was told to contact Uber for a refund and they seemed uncaring. We offered to return the old order but were told they would not remake the entire order, only provide the missing items for us to pick up. This resulted in our sub getting cold. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed there was no manager, just the person I was talking to, and there was a kitchen leak to deal with. This experience was unacceptable and I will be taking further action regarding this situation."
